E	Epicur MCMXC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es fällt mir nicht leicht diesen Arzt zu bewerten. Ich rechne ihm sehr hoch an dass er für mich, als ich ein paar Minuten nach Ordinationsschluss mit einem sehr unangenehmen Staubkorn im Auge bei ihm aufgetaucht bin, noch einmal für mich auf gemacht hat. Dafür hat er das Staubkorn nicht erkannt, sondern eine verletzte Hornhaut diagnostiziert und mir eine Augenklappe verpasst. Bei der Kontrolle gleich am nächsten Tag in der Früh -auch dafür danke!- hat er noch eine Woche Augenklappe oder eine Woche Behandlung mit Salbe ohne Augenklappe vorgeschlagen. Auf meinen Wunsch hin hat er dann aber mein Augenlid umgeklappt, mit einem Wattestäbchen das Staubkorn entfernt und so das Problem behoben. Ich vergebe drei Sterne für die freundliche, sehr spontane Hilfe und das Ernstnehmen von Patientenmeinungen und -vorschlägen. It is not easy for me to rate this doctor. I reckon that he made it up to me once more, when I showed up with him a few minutes after the ordination with a very unpleasant speck of dust in his eye. For this he did not recognize the dust, but diagnosed an injured cornea and missed me an eye patch. At checkup the very next day in the morning - thanks for that! - he has suggested another week eye patch or a week of ointment treatment with ointment. At my request, but then he has folded my eyelid, removed with a cotton swab the dust and so the problem solved. I award three stars for friendly, very spontaneous help and taking patient opinions and suggestions seriously.

Empfangsdamen sehr freundlich und professionell, elegante Ordination, diesen Arzt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Very good doctor, quickly got to the heart of my problem. Termine werden eingehalten. Been to X eye clinics, this doctor could help me. Hope my suffering improves. Doctor is very easy going, reception is also very friendly. Appointments are kept.

Jedes Kommentar der Assistentin und Sekretärin, nach Telefonanrufen von Patienten und Behandlungen, mitbekommen. Diese waren sehr abwertend. Es drehte sich von Anfang an alles um Kontaktlinsen und Brille. Als ich dann in die Praxis des Augenarztes gerufen wurde: Mir wurde sofort eine Brille aufgesetzt und daraufhin sollte ich die Ziffern und Buchstaben in der Ferne erkennen, erst nach Abnehmen der Brille durfte ich sie mit natürlichem Auge erkennen. It was all about contact lenses and glasses from the start. When I was called to the ophthalmologist's office: I was immediately put on glasses and then I was supposed to be able to recognize the numbers and letters in the distance, only after taking off the glasses I was allowed to see them with the natural eye.
B	Bossa “Bossanossa” Nossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Kinder (12 und 15 Jahre), meine Frau und ich sind seit ca. 10 Jahren bei Dr. Grechenig. Wir sind ca. alle 10 Monate zur Kontrolle bei ihm (mein älterer Sohn und ich sind Brillen- bzw. Kontaktlinsenträger) und haben noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Herr Dr. Grechenig ist äusserst kompetent und sehr freundlich, die negativen Bewertungen mancher „Patienten“ sind für uns daher absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Auch am Empfang ist man immer höflich und bemüht. My children (12 and 15 years), my wife and I have been with Dr. Grechenig. We visit him about every 10 months for a check-up (my older son and I wear glasses or contact lenses) and have never had bad experiences. Dr. Grechenig is extremely competent and very friendly, some of the negative reviews "Patients" are therefore absolutely incomprehensible to us. People are always polite at reception too and trying.
m	metalsolidknife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund eines Notfalls kam ich in die Obhut von Herrn Doktor Grechenig. Der Herr Dr. wirkt sehr kompetent und geht detailliert auf Fragen ein. Außerdem ist er sehr einfühlsam und herzlich. Ich fühle mich bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben und bin froh in seiner Praxis behandelt zu werden. Die Räume sind voll klimatisiert. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Das Empfangspersonal ist freundlich und versteht auch Schmäh. Ich habe in den nächsten Jahren wohl nicht vor meinen Augenarzt zu wechseln :) Due to an emergency, I came into the care of Doctor Grechenig. The Dr. seems very competent and answers questions in detail. He is also very empathetic and warm. I feel that I am in very good hands with him and I am happy to be treated in his practice. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. The waiting times are short. The reception staff is friendly and understands abuse. I probably don't have to change my ophthalmologist in the next few years :)

Konnte innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Termin bekommen und wurde sehr schnell freundlich und kompetent behandelt! Sehr zu empfehlen! Had a stye and eye infection and unfortunately my “house ophthalmologist” was not available. Was able to get an appointment within a very short time and was treated very quickly, friendly and competent! We recommend!
