M	Michaela L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon seit Jahren bei ihr und immer sehr zufrieden!!! Komme mittlerweile von Niederösterreich zu ihr nach Wien, obwohl ich keinen Führerschein habe! Sie war bei mir noch nie arrogant,genervt oder ähnliches! Macht ihre Sache gut!? Auch ihre Assistentin finde ich toll! Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist auch sehr nett!Man sollte sich einen Termin ausmachen, da sie immer gut besucht ist! I've been with her for years and I'm always very satisfied! Meanwhile I come to her in Vienna from Lower Austria, although I don't have a driver's license! She has never been arrogant, annoyed or anything like that with me! Do your job well! ? I also think your assistant is great! The office hours help is also very nice! You should make an appointment as it is always well attended!

Dr Cramer, specialist in ophthalmology, is very competent with great specialist knowledge, friendly, attentive and brisk! The staff room is also particularly friendly and accessible! Wir finden Ärztin und Arzthelfer sehr kompetent und relativ rasch, doch trotzdem genau. Es ist klar, wenn viel zu tun ist, dass es schneller gehen muss und nicht auf jede Unwichtigkeit näher eingegangen werden kann, dann kann man auch unfreundlich werden, sehe ich ein; dafür gehts schnell. Wir bekommen immer sowohl CL als auch Brille angepasst. Die Kontaktlinsen sind perfekt. Our family is very satisfied and has been a patient for many years. We find doctors very competent and relatively quick, but still accurate. It is clear that when there is a lot to do, that it has to be done more quickly and that not every unimportance can be discussed in more detail, then you can also become unfriendly, I see; that's quick. We always get both CL and glasses fitted. The contact lenses are perfect.
F	Funkel Stern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich/wir sind nun in ca 5 Jahren etwa alle sechs Monate bei der Ärztin. Ich gebe manchen Postern recht, Fr. Dr. war vor ca. 2-3 Jahren launisch und ungeduldig, ich habe das aber auf irgendeine erschwerte Lebenslage zurückgeführt. Irgendeine schwere Phase, wie wir sie alle mal haben. Mittlerweile fühlen wir uns sehr wohl, sie ist angenehm in ihrem Auftreten, grüßt und lässt Kindern die Zeit, die sie brauchen. Ihre Sehtests waren bisher immer richtig diagnostiziert und sie hat auch einmal lieber nochmal in die Augen geleuchtet um ihren Verdacht zu bestätigen. Nichts von Abfertigung oder Pfuscherei. Ich schätze ihre Meinung und Schnelligkeit, es stört auch überhaupt nicht, dass sie eher wortkarg ist - sie ist meine Augenärztin und nicht meine Therapeutin ;) Die Arbeit muss passen und das hat sie auch bisher! Auch die Ordinationsgehilfen ist wirklich nett, verständnisvoll und geduldig! I / we will be with the doctor about every six months in about 5 years. I agree with some posters, Ms. Dr. 2-3 years ago was moody and impatient, but I attributed that to some difficult life situation. Some tough phase like we all have. Meanwhile we feel very comfortable, she is pleasant in her demeanor, greets and gives children the time they need. Her eye tests have always been correctly diagnosed and she preferred to shine a light in the eyes to confirm her suspicions. Nothing from clearance or bungling. I appreciate her opinion and speed, it doesn't bother at all that she is rather taciturn - she is my ophthalmologist and not my therapist;) The work has to fit and it has so far! The ordination assistant is also really nice, understanding and patient!
E	Elma Malkic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde jahrelang in dieser Ordination behandelt bis ich das letzte Mal bei Fragen ignoriert und als dumm abgestempelt wurde. Hatte Monate lang starke Kopfschmerzen bis ich darauf kam, dass es durch die Dioptrie sein könnte. Ging daher zu einer anderen Ärztin welche festellte, dass meine Dioptrie komplett falsch gemessen wurde von der Frau Crammer, welche mir jahrelang von einer viel höheren Dioptrie erzählt hatte. Außerdem hält man sich bei der Ärztin nur etwa 2 Minuten auf und dadurch will diese auch keine aufkommenden Fragen beantworten. Was treated in this ordination for years until the last time I was ignored when I had questions and labeled as stupid. Had a severe headache for months until I figured it might be through diopter. So I went to another doctor who found that my diopter was measured completely incorrectly by Ms. Crammer, who had told me for years about a much higher diopter. In addition, you only stay with the doctor for about 2 minutes and this means that she does not want to answer any questions that arise.
P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Ärztin! Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Negative Kritik die ich hier gelesen habe, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen! Wenn mal etwas mehr los ist, dann wird auch etwas zügiger gearbeitet ABER trotzdem kompetent und suffizient. Ich denke viele Personen sind in unserer Gesellschaft zu verwöhnt und denken, dass sie bei einer Kassenärztin ein Konsil von über 1 Stunde erwarten. Meine lieben, so viel zahlt die Kasse nicht ;) Top doctor! Very competent and friendly. I cannot understand the negative criticism that I have read here! When there is a little more going on, work is done a little more quickly BUT still competent and sufficient. I think many people in our society are too spoiled and think that they expect a consultation of over 1 hour from a statutory health insurance doctor. My dear ones, the cash register doesn't pay that much;)
