Doch die Dame am Empfang hat menschlich nichts am Hut! Mit einem akuten MagenDarmProblem wartet man trotz 3maligen Anruf wegen Bekanntgabe, min.1Stunde. Menschlich gesehen eine Sauerei!!! The Frau Doktor is an extremely kind and attentive doctor. I switched to her due to the positive reports and don't regret it for a second. But the lady at the reception has nothing human to do! With an acute gastrointestinal problem, you have to wait at least 1 hour despite 3 calls for notification. Humanly a mess !!!

Sprechstundenhilfe sehr freundlich trotz Stress. Wartezeiten wie in jeder Kassenordination , man ist aber immer bemüht dass jeder Hilfe bekommt, der sie braucht. Optische sehr ansprechend und sauber. The doctor is empathetic, helpful and always tries to find a good solution for me personally. No 0815 therapy is the same for everyone. Office hours help very friendly despite the stress. Waiting times as in any cash office, but you always try to ensure that everyone gets help who needs it. Optical very attractive and clean.

Ich bin jedes Mal gut beraten worden. Auch die Damen am Empfang sind sehr geduldig und freundlich. Ich bin froh, dass es so eine tolle Ärztin mit so einem netten Team in Mauer gibt. I have been a patient at Ms. Dr. Brus-Rödhammer. She always takes her time and is very empathetic. I've been given good advice every time. The ladies at reception are also very patient and friendly. I am glad that there is such a great doctor with such a nice team in Mauer.
