M	M K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr zufrieden. Wurde angenommen, obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte. Die Ordinationdame bei der Anmeldung war sehr nett und höflich. Bin auch schnell an die Reihe gekommen, obwohl die Praxis gut besucht war. Hatte den Eindruck dass das Team gut eingespielt war. Frau Dr. Schenk hat einen sehr sympathischen und kompetenten Eindruck auf mich gemacht. Kann diese Praxis gewissenhaft weiterempfehlen. I am very pleased. Was accepted even though I didn't have an appointment. The ordination lady at the registration was very nice and polite. My turn came quickly, even though the practice was well attended. Got the impression that the team was well established. Miss Dr. Schenk made a very personable and competent impression on me. Can conscientiously recommend this practice.

Notwendige Zusatzuntersuchung hat man spontan eingeschoben, damit ich nicht nochmal vorbeikommen muss. Super Service! Very competent doctors (I've already been to Dr. Schenk and Dr. Röck) and very nice care in the practice. Trotz Termin hatte ich eine ewig lange Wartezeit von über einer Stunde - dann wurde ein Sehtest durchgeführt, es hieß nochmals "kurz" Platz zu nehmen - dies dauerte dann wiederum 20 Minuten. Auf Nachfrage wie lange es noch dauert - konnte mir keine Angabe gemacht werden, ca. 30 Minuten. Gesamte Wartezeit bis dahin 1:30. Daraufhin verließ ich die Praxis ohne je beim Arzt gewesen zu sein. Sehr schlechtes Zeitmanagement......den Arzt und das Fachwissen kann ich nicht beurteilen. Dazu sehr alte Praxis, Privatsphäre bei Anmeldung leider nicht vorhanden. Ebenso kein Platz für Patienten - eingetropft wird im Wartezimmer.....sollte alles vielleicht mal aktualisiert werden. I rarely write a review, but unfortunately I have to judge what I experienced today. Despite the appointment, I had an eternally long waiting time of over an hour - then an eye test was carried out, I had to sit down again "briefly" - this again took 20 minutes. When asked how long it will take - no information could be given to me, approx. 30 minutes. Total waiting time until then 1:30. Then I left the practice without ever having been to the doctor. Very bad time management ...... I cannot judge the doctor and the specialist knowledge. In addition, very old practice, unfortunately no privacy when registering. Likewise, no space for patients - drips are dripped in the waiting room ..... everything should perhaps be updated.
