S	Sam Kastner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start? The apfelstrudel was underbaked and heated in a microwave. The coffee was bland. The hot chocolate was from a mix. The tea was a Lipton tea bag. But I wouldn't be writing this review if not for the fact that the staff is unbelievably rude, and not in a charming I'm-the-rude-Viennese-waiter kinda of way. The waitstaff didn't speak English, and we aren't great at German, so when we tried to order one apfelstrudel to share they brought out four apfelstrudel. When we expressed that this was not in fact what we wanted (in German), the waitress smugly yelled over her shoulder to her colleague, "They wanted to order one, for all of them!" We had ordered coffee. This wasn't a ridiculous thing to do. They refused to take it back, forcing us to pay for the 3 extra atrocious apfelstrudel. tl;dr HORRIBLE TOURIST TRAP AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Then I went to the toilet and one of my friends wanted to charge his phone and she started yelling at him "this is not possible here and kick them out meanwhile I am still in the restroom. So when i finished my job there i went out and she looked at me like i killed someone she charged my friends for the restroom that i used. I can say that this was the most awful experience in such city and caffe.I am gonna say to all the people in the world not to do that to themselves and to m my kids and my grandchildrens.п.п. Š	Šárka Vernerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst employees / owners I ever met. We bought ice cream for our disabled 4 yo daughter and she wanted to eat it on chair in front of cafe. They kicked her out because ice cream is to go (the cafe was empty, no other people)... I think that the waitress has sucked in the head - cannot believe that in year 2019 exist such company....

The lady forcefully tried to kick me out of the seat after we purchased an item from her store because she said we ordered it “to go”. I have a broken foot and wanted to rest for a moment. Can’t believe the rude and terrible service here!!

We asked if we could use the bathroom (not for free) and the waitress (possibly owner) who was extremely impolite told us that we had to buy something We bought a slice of cake and she said we also had to buy coffee or tea. Her attitude totally ruined our mood for the time. We had no problem to pay or order something in order to use the bathroom but her rudeness was the worst thing at the moment.
F	Felipe Langarica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOOOID! They Lady is extremely rude, totally lack of kindness, we stop for an ice cream, looks like she was even pisssed to sell it to us. We wanted to have a sit for a while, and she kicked us out since ice creams are just to "take away" even if the place was empty. Plus not option to use toilet if you don't buy coffee.
