A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte hier leider die schlechteste Gesichtsbehandlung meines Lebens. Schon die Ausreinigung war so schmerzhaft wie sonst noch nirgendwo und danach entpuppte sich Tag für Tag das Übel. Natürlich sind Rötungen nach einer solchen Behandlung normal, aber ich entwickelte unzählige neue Pusteln und entzündete Unterlagerungen. Mein Gesicht sieht so schlecht aus wie nie zuvor und schmerzt außerdem sehr. Da bekomme ich ein besseres Ergebnis hin, wenn ich selbst herumdrücke... Und dafür habe ich 68€ bezahlt. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, ein schöner Spa, bringt mir aber alles nichts, wenn mein Hautbild danach um einiges schlechter ist als davor. Eine Gesichtsbehandlung ist dort definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Had unfortunately the worst facial treatment of my life. Even the cleaning was as painful as nowhere else and then turned out the evil day after day. Of course, redness is normal after such treatment, but I developed countless new pustules and inflamed subcutaneous deposits. My face looks as bad as never before and also hurts a lot. Because I get a better result, if I push around ... And I have paid 68 €. The atmosphere is pleasant, a nice spa, but brings me nothing, if my skin is then a lot worse than before. A facial treatment is definitely not recommended there!

War schon mehrmals im Freshspa, Behandlungen waren immer total entspannend, professionell und man konnte sehr gut vom Alltag abschalten. Auch auf Hygiene wir besonders viel Wert gelegt. Auch bei den Produkten bekam ich immer eine Top Beratung, bin sehr mit dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis der Produkte als auch der Behandlung vollstens zufrieden. Man merkt das Frau Wilfinger und Ihr Team sich immer Weiterbilden, darauf auch sehr großen Wert legen und dadurch auch immer Top informiert sind. Kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen, mein Top Kosmetikstudio in der Stadt. Tolles Ambiente. Can not understand the negative rating absolutely. Has been several times at the Freshspa, treatments were always totally relaxing, professional and you could easily switch off from everyday life. We also put a lot of emphasis on hygiene. Also with the products I always got a top consultation, I am very satisfied with the price performance ratio of the products as well as the treatment. You can tell that Ms Wilfinger and her team are always continuing to develop their skills, and that is why they are always well informed. Can recommend it to anyone, my top beauty salon in town. Great atmosphere.

Auf Weiterbildung wird sehr viel Wert gelegt und das merkt man eindeutig bei den Beratungsgesprächen. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen so gut sie können und es ihnen möglich ist alle Kundenwünsche umzusetzen. Sehr Vorbildlich! Unbedingt zum weiter empfehlen! Und wenn mal etwas nicht passt einfach direkt anreden im Institut das wird geschätzt und sie sind schließlich auch nur Menschen und können nicht jeden alles recht machen. Immer wieder sehr erholsame Stunden! One of the most beautiful and modern cosmetics institute in the city. VERY friendly and TOP trained team! A lot of value is placed on further training and this is clearly noticeable during the consultations. The employees try as best they can and are able to implement all customer requests. Very exemplary! Definitely to recommend! And if something does not fit, just speak directly to the institute that is appreciated and after all, they are only human and cannot please everyone. Always very relaxing hours!

Ganz tolles Erlebnis, von dem ich mich schweren Herzens aber mit gereinigter Haut (bis zum nächsten Mal) verabschiedet habe! :) Antonia's facial was wonderful! The rooms are designed in such a way that you can relax without noise or distraction. Great experience, which I said goodbye with a heavy heart but with clean skin (see you next time)! :)

Die Qualität der verwendeten Produkte begeistert jedes Mal aufs Neue, die Behandlungen sind ein Traum. Großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team! My favorite beauty salon! It is a very neat, open and hygienically perfect salon with a feel-good atmosphere. The quality of the products used inspires every time anew, the treatments are a dream. Big compliments to the whole team!

Die Ausreinigung war trotz meiner starken Entzündungen erträglich und die restliche Behandlung sehr angenehm. Mir wurden tolle Produkte empfohlen, jedoch nicht aufgedrängt. In den darauf folgenden Monaten wurde meine Haut, vor allem durch die tollen Produkte und die Behandlungen deutlich besser und die Entzündungen verschwanden. Die Atmosphäre im Studio ist wirklich super angenehm und gefiel auch meinem Partner gut als er mich einmal abgeholt hat. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen sind super lieb und freundlich. Natürlich ist es viel Geld, aber meiner Meinung nach jeden Cent Wert. I came into the studio with severe acne and totally inflamed skin. The atmosphere in the studio is really super pleasant and my partner also liked it when he picked me up. The employees are also super nice and friendly. It's a lot of money, of course, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Unbequeme Behandlungs/Sitzgelegenheiten.Im Preisvergleich mit den anderen bisher genutzten Kosmetikstudios mit toller Behandlung und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern am teuesten. Schutzmaßnahmen im Rezeptionsvereich wurden nicht beachtet. Vor einigen Jahren schon mal eine Behandlung gebucht und nicht so schlechte Erinnerungen gehabt. Most expensive when compared to the other cosmetic studios used so far with great treatment and very friendly staff. Protective measures in the reception area were not observed.
