★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferin schmeißt Restgeld auf den Verkaufstisch, hat keinen Zeit für ihren Job, und noch in der Rechnung gibt höhere Preis ein, der nicht an Preisschild gestanden hat. Achtung! Alle Konsumenten!!! Sehr unhöfliches und inkompetentes Personal in diesem Shop!???
The saleswoman throws the remaining money on the sales table, has no time for her job, and still enters a higher price in the invoice that was not on the price tag. Danger! All consumers !!! Very rude and incompetent staff in this shop! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich schon einmal schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem Umtausch hatte, habe ich diesmal extra alle Etiketten aufgehoben und dachte an einen schnellen Unkomplizierten Umtausch (Ich hatte mich in der Größe vergriffen). Weit gefehlt. Da das Etikett bereits durchgeschnitten war und nicht mehr original am Kleidungsstück hing, wurde mir nach einem Telefonat mit einer Kollegin erklärt, dass sie die Ware so nicht zurücknehmen könnte. Ich bin fassungslos! Das ist NICHT Kundenfreundlich! Mein Entschluss steht fest: Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen!!!
After having a bad exchange experience, this time I just picked up all the labels and thought about a quick uncomplicated exchange (I was out of stock). Not even close. Since the label had already been cut through and no longer originally attached to the garment, I was told after a telephone conversation with a colleague that she could not take back the goods so. I am shocked! This is NOT customer friendly! My decision is certain: I will not shop there anymore !!!
