★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Sabrina A.muss unbedingt eine Nachschulung bekommen wie kann man mit Kunden reden und eine Lösung finden! Sie als Verkäuferin darf nicht sagen es ist nicht mein Fehler! Sie als Verkäuferin muss die Verantwortlich übernehmen.
Ms. Sabrina A. has to get a follow-up training on how to talk to customers and find a solution! You as the saleswoman mustn't say it's not my fault! As the seller, you have to take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Kundenbehandlung und Service wird in diesem Geschäft nicht mal geschrieben, geschweige denn gelebt. Die Filialleiterin war bei meiner Reklamation unfreundlich, stellte unbegründete Behauptungen auf und hat sofort geblockt ohne auch nur kurz eine kundenfreundliche Lösung für die Reklamation zu überlegen! Ich wurde gleich der Lüge bezichtigt und mir wurde die Reklamation von ihr verweigert.
Aber das geht auch nicht! Ich bin zur Gebietsleiterin auf die Mariahilferstr. gepilgert und mein Problem wurde anstandslos und kompetent sofort gelöst. Lehre aus der Sache: Nie wieder kaufe ich etwas in dieser Filiale und die Filialleiterin braucht dringend eine Nachschulung im Kundenfreundlichen Umgang und Service!
Good customer service and service is not even written in this business, let alone lived. The store manager was rude in my complaint, made unfounded claims and blocked immediately without even a short customer-friendly solution to the complaint! I was immediately accused of lying and I was denied the complaint of her.
But that does not work! I am the area manager on the Mariahilferstr. pilgrimaged and my problem was resolved without hesitation and competent immediately. Lessons learned: Never again do I buy something in this store and the store manager urgently needs a retraining in the customer-friendly handling and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe gerne bei Tezenis und über die Verkäuferinnen kann ich auch nichts Schlechtes sagen, habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht - aber.. bitte macht etwas gegen diese schrottigen Vorhänge der Umkleidekabinen!
Gerade wenn man Unterwäsche oder Bikinis anprobiert, will man nicht, dass der blöde Vorhang zu beiden Seiten offene Schlitze hat.
Frage mich wirklich wer sich das ausgedacht hat..
I like to shop at Tezenis and I can't say anything bad about the sales staff, I've only had good experiences so far - but .. please do something about these junk curtains in the changing rooms!
Especially when trying on underwear or bikinis, you don't want the stupid curtain to have open slits on both sides.
Really wonder who made it up ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute Abend dort, die Verkäuferin lief die ganze Zeit OHNE Maske herum, ich fühlte mich schon richtig unwohl. Ich finde es sehr rücksichtslos seine zahlende Kundschaft der Gefahr von Ansteckung auszusetzen. Am Ende habe ich es mir doch anders überlegt und bin da schnell raus, anstatt zur Kasse! So macht ihr euch kein gutes Image!! ;(
I was there tonight, the saleswoman walked around WITHOUT a mask the whole time, I felt really uncomfortable. I find it very inconsiderate to expose your paying customers to the risk of contamination. In the end I changed my mind and got out of there quickly instead of going to the checkout! That's not how you make a good image of yourself!! ;(
