 I got 10 corona test myself there today and arrived at home, all 10 QR codes were invalid. Outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, lediglich die teils lange Wartezeit im Freien ist bei Schlechtwetter recht unangenehm, hier könnte man eventuell etwas schneller arbeiten.
(Nicht böse gemeint, aber mal schneller durch die Gänge schleichen sollte drin sein)
Friendly, only the sometimes long waiting time outdoors is quite uncomfortable in bad weather, you could possibly work a little faster here.
(Not meant badly, but sneaking faster through the corridors should be in it)

Die Mitarbeiterin (deren Namen ich leider nicht weiß), hat ihr alles genau erklärt, ihr die Vorteile und Nachteile aufgezeigt und ihr ein Alternativprodukt (das wesentlich günstiger war) vorgeschlagen, das viel besser zu den Beschwerden meiner Mutter gepasst hat. Meine Mutter war sehr begeistert von der Kompetenz und der Aufmerksamkeit, die ihr geschenkt wurde. Vielen lieben Dank!
My mother wanted to buy a product she heard about in a radio ad. The employee (whose name I unfortunately do not know) explained everything to her in detail, showed her the advantages and disadvantages and suggested an alternative product (which was much cheaper) that suited my mother's complaints much better. My mother was very enthusiastic about the competence and the attention that was given to her. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am samstag bereits um 12 Uhr zu, blöd wenn man arbeiten muss, aber dennoch seine Medikamente braucht. Am Vortag war jenes Medikament auch nicht gelagert. Ärgerlich wenn man darauf angewiesen ist.
Closes at 12 noon on Saturday, stupid if you have to work but still need your medication. The day before that drug was not stored either. Annoying when you need it.
