Praktisch ist, dass ich die Medikamente gleich erwerben und mitnehmen kann. Dies erspart mir Zeit und auch Umwege mit dem Auto. I always feel well looked after. Auf Nachfrage zu Impfungen wurde ich am tel. schon abgewimmelt. nie kam vom Arzt aus die Empfehlung, Beratung oder das Gespräch oder eine Information. Die letzten 2x als ich krank war - völlig falsche Diagnose und das ohne das ich wirklich untersucht wurde. Mir wurden die falschen Tabletten verordnet und erst als ich jeweils zu einem Spezialarzt gegangen bin habe ich mich wieder gefangen mit den richtigen arzneien. Hier fühle ich mich leider nicht mehr gut aufgehoben. Ein Arzt sollte sich Zeit für ein Gespräch mit dem Patienten nehmen und auch mal zwischen den Zeilen lesen können und nicht in 1 Min. eine Diagnose und ein Rezept ausstellen. Das Gegenteil sind die Angestellten und Helfer. Hier sind wirklich alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Doctor seems overwhelmed and unfriendly. When asked about vaccinations, I was on the phone. already dismissed. The doctor never gave a recommendation, advice or discussion or information. The last two times when I was sick - completely wrong diagnosis and that without really being examined. I was prescribed the wrong pills and it wasn't until I went to a specialist that I found myself again with the right drugs. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that I am in good hands here. A doctor should take time to talk to the patient and be able to read between the lines and not write a diagnosis and a prescription in 1 minute. The opposite are the employees and helpers. Everyone here is really friendly and accommodating.
B	B. Fam. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und angergiert. Wartezeiten und Termineinhaltung auch sehr gut organisiert und kurz. Für rasche Krankmeldungen und Überweisungen also ok. Interesse und Freundlichkeit am Menschen und dem Patient lässt die Ärztin leider missen. Wirkt immer sehr abwesend und nicht interessiert. Schnelle Befunde ohne ordentliche Untersuchung - Antibiotika aus der Hausapotheke - nächster Bitte. Das ist das Gefühl das es für mich und meine Familie leider auf den Punkt bringt. Wenn man wirklich was hat, sollte man zu einem Facharzt gehen. Hausapotheke ist auch sehr negativ, denn es wird nur verschrieben was lagernd ist, auch wenn oftmals vermeintlich andere Arzneien die bessere Wahl wären. Staff very friendly and excited. Waiting times and meeting deadlines are also very well organized and short. So ok for quick sick leave and referrals. Unfortunately, the doctor lacks interest in and friendliness towards people and the patient. Always seems very absent and not interested. Quick results without a proper examination - antibiotics from the medicine cabinet - next request. That is the feeling that it sums up for me and my family, unfortunately. If you really have something, you should go to a specialist. The medicine cabinet is also very negative, because it is only prescribed what is in stock, even if supposedly other drugs would often be the better choice.

Bezüglich Wartezeit konnte ich mich auch nicht Beschwerden. Der Termin was vereinbart wahr wurde auf die Minute eingehalten. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Aber ist halt mal in Zeiten wie diesen dass nicht alle Tage gleich sind gerade bei den Ärzten. Wie gesagt bei mir wahr alles TOP ??? kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Reception staff very friendly, nice and accommodating. The doctor was also very accommodating and friendly. Regarding the waiting time, I couldn't complain either.
