Was für ein Service I wanted to pick up my parcel and a blonde woman with short hair and glasses first gave the parcel, then I asked her if she could give me my photo ID so I can put it back in my wallet. Her reaction was she read the parcel on the floor fall. What a service

Der SB-Bereich ist mit Karte für mich immer zugänglich gewesen und funktioniert sehr gut. Up until now I have always been greeted and served in a friendly manner. I was always offered alternatives when sending parcels and letters. The self-service area has always been accessible to me with a card and works very well.

Bevor ich am nächsten Nachmittag nochmal hinfahren wollte, um sie zu holen, hat mir der Briefträger die Rechnung persönlich zuhause vorbeigebracht. Vielen Dank an den dafür Verantwortlichen !!! (bedient wurde ich von 00120304) After posting a package in the USA, I left the invoice with the tracking number lying around. Before I wanted to go back to pick it up the next afternoon, the postman personally brought the bill to me at home. Many thanks to the person responsible! (I was served by 00120304)

Es ist eine Freude, hier mit seiner Sache am Schalter zu sein. Die paar negativen Bewertungen hier sind mir daher absolut unverständlich. All of the staff at this post office are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was always given excellent help with my concerns and competent advice. It's a pleasure to be here at the counter with your cause. The few negative reviews here are therefore absolutely incomprehensible to me.
