Obwohl die Reparatur nichts gebracht hat und der Installateur versprochen hat, sich zu melden um das Problem zu heben wurde mir Monate später ein Inkasso geschickt welches ohne Abschläge eingeklagt wurde. Ich verstehe ja, dass die Materialkosten verrechnet werden.... jedoch Arbeitszeit und Wegzeit für etwas zu verrechnen, was nicht funktioniert und dann Inkasso schicken ist für mich persönlich eine Frechheit und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nach einem Telefonat wurde ich auch darauf hingewiesen, dass es zu zeitaufwändig sei, den Arbeitsbericht herauszusuchen. Ich solle doch einfach zahlen.... Sogar auf dem Arbeitsbericht seht, dass nicht alle Arbeiten erledigt sind und noch nicht abgerechnet werden kann. Zudem war die Anlage nicht mängelfrei... Noch dazu haben mir andere Handwerker erzählt, dass sehr gepfuscht wurde bei der Ausführung.... Also, FINGER WEG!! HANDS OFF!!! Although the repair did not bring anything and the installer promised to contact me to resolve the problem, months later I was sent a debt collection which was sued for without deductions. I understand that the material costs are charged .... but to charge working time and travel time for something that does not work and then send debt collection is a cheek for me personally and absolutely not to be recommended. After a phone call, I was also advised that it was too time-consuming to look up the work report. I should just pay ... Even on the work report you can see that not all work has been done and cannot yet be billed. In addition, the system was not free of defects ... In addition, other craftsmen told me that there was a lot of botched construction ... So, FINGER AWAY !!
