Einen Tag nach meiner letzten CD Untersuchung hatte ich den schriftlichen Befund bereits im Briefkasten. TOP TOP TOP !!!! Was previously twice in the radiology Pongau. Telephone appointments TOP, reception and support TOP. One day after my last CD examination, I already had the written report in my mailbox. TOP TOP TOP !!!!

Das Praxisteam ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin froh, dass wir diese Einrichtung im Pongau nutzen dürfen! Danke aus Gastein ;) Dr. Hübner is an extremely accurate, competent & friendly radiologist! The same applies to his colleague Dr. Sattlegger! Both TOP! The practice team is also very friendly and courteous. I am glad that we can use this facility in Pongau! Thanks from Gastein;)
S	Sandra Anita Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Telefon, mit der ich den Termin ausmachte vor einem Monat und der ich die Diagnose bzw Überweisung vorlesen musste, gab zum Termin nur eine Behandlung ein, obwohl ich 3 Dinge vorgelesen habe. Sie sagte mir auch, es würde ca eine Stunde dauern. Heute zwar nett erklärt, dass leider nur MRT Kopf auf dem Plan steht und die Kollegin wohl einen Fehler gemacht hätte, muss ich nochmals von Salzburg kommen! Und dieser Termin dauert jetzt wieder einen Monat!!!!!! Hätte einen Termin für Montag bekommen, wo ich sagte, in 20min schaff ich es nicht zu ihnen, ob ich evtl 5min später kommen kann, dies verneinte die Dame aber, da alles pünktlich sein muss. Heute bin ich 20Minuten später als geplant drangekommen!! Das MRT dauerte nur 15minuten, nicht wie am Telefon erklärt eine Stunde! während MRT hat man nur Unterhose an und es ist sehr kalt in den Räumen, Decken oä waren vielleicht nett! Muss dazu sagen, ich habe auch nicht danach gefragt. Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit 5Sterne, Terminvereinbarung bzw das Missverständnis - 1. Sehr positiv war die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter! Vor allem die Dame, die das MRT machte war sehr nett! edit:Arzt ruft persönlich an und sprach mit mir über die Rezession, finde ich sehr toll! Konnten so einiges klären! Also an Freundlichkeit fehlt es dort nicht! The lady on the phone with whom I made the appointment a month ago and to whom I had to read the diagnosis or referral only entered one treatment for the appointment, although I read out 3 things. She also told me it would take about an hour. Although nicely explained today that unfortunately only MRT head is on the plan and that my colleague would have made a mistake, I have to come back from Salzburg! And this appointment lasts a month again!!!!!! Had an appointment for Monday, where I said I couldn't make it to you in 20 minutes, whether I could possibly come 5 minutes later, but the lady said no, because everything has to be on time. Today I got there 20 minutes later than planned!! The MRI only took 15 minutes, not an hour as explained on the phone! During the MRT you only wear underpants and it is very cold in the rooms, blankets or similar were perhaps nice! I have to say I didn't ask about it either. Competence and friendliness 5 stars, appointment or the misunderstanding - 1. Very positive was the friendliness and competence of the staff! Especially the lady who did the MRI was very nice! edit: doctor calls personally and talked to me about the recession, I think it's great! Could clear up a lot! So there is no lack of friendliness there!
