H	Hannelore Schwendinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Therapeuten sind sehr gut. Trotz Coronachaos wurden die Termine gut vergeben. Ich kann so manche schlechte Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Meine fast unbewegliche Schulter haben sie zu 90% wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Bei meinen Halswirbeln schaffen sie das auch. Bin total positiv überrascht. The therapists are very good. Despite Coronachaos, the dates were well assigned. I can not understand some bad reviews. 90% of my almost immobile shoulder was put back in order. With my cervical vertebrae they can do that too. I'm totally pleasantly surprised.
D	Daniela S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNFREUNDLICH UND RASSISTISCH !! Extrem unfreundliche Assistentinnen, und das bei jedem Anruf und auch vor Ort. Eine ausländische Dame war vor mir und zum ersten Mal zu einer Therapie dort. Wegen Corona muss man die E-Card jetzt in ein Gerät stecken mit einem Bildschirm darauf. Die Dame hat sich einfach etwas schwer getan damit. Auf jeden Fall ist eine von den Assistentin dann sehr laut geworden und hat gesagt sie soll lesen lernen und das man das in der volksschule lernt und alle drei anderen assistentinnen sind auch komplett auf sie los gegangen. Das ist keine Art, die Kunden zu behandeln wie wenn sie Idioten wären UNFRIENDLY AND RACIST !! Extremely unfriendly assistants, with every call and also on site. A foreign lady was there before me and for the first time for therapy. Because of Corona you have to put the e-card in a device with a screen on it. The lady just found it a little difficult. In any case, one of the assistants then got very loud and said she should learn to read and that you learn that in elementary school and all three other assistants also attacked her completely. It's not a way of treating customers as if they were idiots

Ich möchte mich beschweren, kann jemand meine Stimme hören? The woman checking in at the entrance is very incompetent, disrespectful and aggressive. He does not give his boss's number. W	Wilfried Hoffelner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brauche nach einem Bruch im Handgelenk nach Gipsabnahme Physiotherapie. Gesundheitskasse meinte, sie sind bis über einige Monate hinaus ausgebucht und haben mir dies empfohlen beziehungsweise mich dort hin geschickt. Auf telefonische Nachfrage vorab bekommt man nur gesagt man muss selbst vorbei kommen. Parkplätze sind natürlich keine vorhanden. Dort angekommen wartet man 22 Minuten in einem provisorisch eingerichteten Wartebereich, bevor eine unfreundliche sehr gestresst wirkende Person den Baustellenartigen Bereich betritt und sammelt wortlos die entgegengehaltenen Überweisungen ein. Meine konnte ich gleich wieder einpacken, da nicht vollständig ausgefüllt. Dass das händische Ausfüllen mit gebrochenem Handgelenk ein gewisses Problem darstellen könnte, ist und war mein Problem… Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als heim zu gehen, dort jemand zu bitten die Überweisung vollständig auszufüllen. Dass die Stadt Linz solche Zustände notwendig hat ist überraschend und zutiefst betrüblich. Dass aber der Orden der Elisabethinen für sowas deren Namen hergibt ist mir völlig unverständlich und schleierhaft. Der Zustand ist Erbärmlichkeit in Reinstform und mich schaudert, wenn ich nur daran denken muss… I need physical therapy after breaking my wrist after having my cast removed. Health insurance said they were fully booked for a few months and recommended this to me or sent me there. When you call in advance, you only get told you have to come by yourself. Of course there are no parking spaces. Once there, you wait 22 minutes in a makeshift waiting area before an unfriendly, very stressed-looking person enters the construction site-like area and wordlessly collects the money transfers that have been held out. I was able to pack mine right away because I hadn't filled it out completely. The fact that filling in the form by hand with a broken wrist could pose a certain problem is and was my problem... I had no choice but to go home and ask someone there to fill out the transfer completely. That the city of Linz needs such conditions is surprising and deeply saddening. But that the Order of the Elisabethines gives their names for something like this is completely incomprehensible and a mystery to me. The condition is wretchedness at its finest and makes me shudder just to think about it...

Aber die Physio und das Physioteam ist sehr kompetent, hat mein Knie und Rücken sehr gut in den Griff bekommen. Es waren sehr gut Übungen und ich arbeite weiter. Ich habe fast keine Schmerzen mehr DANKE At the reception there is a lady who is maybe not so good. But the physio and the physio team are very competent and got my knee and back under control very well. It was very good practice and I'm continuing to work. I have almost no pain anymore THANK YOU
S	Silvana Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie verfügen über ein sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team.So gut Ihre Physio Terapie auch ist so schlecht ist Ihre Organisation und Terminplanung. Bei bisher sechs Terminen waren sie fünfmal nicht in der Lage den Termin ab zu sagen oder Änderungen bekannt zu geben. Diese fünf Termine konnten sie nicht wie vereinbart wahrnehmen. Ich bin bereits dabei ein anderes Institut zu suchen, da ich nicht bereit bin Stunden im Auto zu verbringen weil Sie es nicht schaffen Änderungen zu kommunizieren. You have a very friendly and competent team. As good as your physiotherapy is, your organization and scheduling is just as bad. Out of six appointments so far, five times they were unable to cancel the appointment or announce changes. They were not able to attend these five appointments as agreed. I am already in the process of looking for another institute as I am not willing to spend hours in the car because they fail to communicate changes.
E	Elke Staudinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter Sekretariatsempfang, vor allem Fr. Sabine immer sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützt einem bei jeglichen Fragen. Vorträge interessant und lehrreich. Man tut dem Körper in guter Atmosphäre was gutes und lernt immer wieder etwas dazu für sich und sein Körperbewusstsein. Very nice secretarial reception, especially Mrs. Sabine always very helpful and supports you with any questions. Lectures interesting and educational. You do something good for your body in a good atmosphere and you always learn something new for yourself and your body awareness.

Ich mag dieses Bewerten zwar nicht, aber ich glaube ihr braucht auch ein positives Feedback. Ihr seid ein tolles Team! Die Damen am Empfang bemühen sich um die Termine gut zu koordinieren. Corona Vorschriften müssen nun mal eingehalten werden, da kann es schon mal passieren, dass der Ton etwas bestimmender wird. Aber bitte nicht die Menschlichkeit verlieren. Manche Leute vergessen einfach auch mal die Regeln und machen viel unbewusst. Die Ärztin nimmt sich Zeit um eine gute Therapie zu planen. Die Therapeuten /-innen sind sehr bemüht und man fühlt sich wohl bei euch. Bei Fragen nehmt ihr euch Zeit und man bekommt auch eine kompetente Antwort. Danke für die nette Betreuung bis jetzt. Ich hoffe der 2. Abschnitt wird auch so gut verlaufen und die Therapie zeigt seinen Erfolg. I read some reviews and was surprised at some bad reviews. I don't like this rating, but I think you need positive feedback too. You are a great team! The ladies at reception try to coordinate appointments well. Corona regulations have to be observed, so it can happen that the tone becomes a little more decisive. But please don't lose humanity. Some people just forget the rules and do a lot unconsciously. The doctor takes the time to plan a good therapy. The therapists work very hard and make you feel comfortable. If you have any questions, you take your time and you get a competent answer. Thanks for the nice care so far. I hope the second phase will also go as well and the therapy will show its success.
