Eine Woche später wieder GKK und jetzt wurde mir gesagt ich brauche ein Formular aus Deutschland. Warum sagt man das nicht beim ersten Mal?? Man sollte die Mitarbeiter, die kontrollieren, ob sich Kranke zu Hause befinden, zum Telefondienst abstellen, da wären sie sinnvoller beschäftigt. Aber wehe, man ist mal länger krank, da wird man als Frischoperierte nach kurzer Zeit an den Arbeitsplatz zurückgeschickt. Service desert!
