★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Leute in der ÖGK sind sehr nett und helfen jemand gerne weiter, weiter so! Was ich aber beanstande ist die Hausverwaltung die den Behindertenparkplatz und das Schild für den Behindertenparkplatz verstellen. Dazu kommt auch noch das gerade auf der Höhe des Parkplatzes der Schneehaufen ist, was zu einer Engstelle am Gehweg führt. Daher kann ich der ÖGK nur 3 Sterne geben anstatt der 5 Sterne die Sie verdient hätten.
The people in the ÖGK are very nice and happy to help someone, keep it up! But what I complain about is the property management who adjust the disabled parking space and the sign for the disabled parking space. In addition, the pile of snow is just at the level of the parking lot, which leads to a narrow point on the sidewalk. Therefore I can only give the ÖGK 3 stars instead of the 5 stars you would have deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Inkompetenz des Mitarbeiters und als Folge dessen - falsche informationen und Verzögerungen, die man dann selber ausbessern muss. Leider nicht nur einmal, sondern man hat den Eindruck, dass es bei diesem gewissen Mitarbeiter die Regel ist.
