Anstatt ordentlich zu antworten bekommt man herablassende Bemerkungen an den Kopf geworfen und dann legt die Dame einfach auf. Sehr enttäuschend! A real cheek that is unimaginable. Man wird von A nach B geschickt weil niemand hier weiss was der Sesselwärmer neben ihm tut, trägt ihnen alles zum A.... weil von arbeiten oder gar eigenem denken keine Rede sein kann und muss sich dann auch noch unhöflichst behandeln lassen wenn einem mal der Geduldfaden reißt! Sie fertigen einen mit Lügen und leeren Worten ab, man bleibt auf Kosten sitzen weil Sachen vergessen oder verschlampt werden, und dann versuchen Sie auch noch die Schuld dem Kunden zu zuschieben!! habe einen Anwalt eingeschalten da ich mehr als genug von diesem Kasperltheater habe und kann nur Jedem den es ähnlich geht das gleiche empfehlen! Auch die arrogante und überhebliche Art einzelner Mitarbeiter dort ist grenzwertig. Every time you visit you get the feeling that you are undesirable. D	Die Fäule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl der allgemeine Ruf der Krankenkasse eher schlecht ist, kann ich nur das Gegenteil behaupten. Meine Anliegen wurden rasch, fleißig und gewissenhaft bearbeitet. Mir wurde geholfen wo ich nicht dachte das es finanzielle Hilfe geben kann. Meine Brille wurde einfach so auf Nachfrage vollständig bezahlt, meine Krankenversicherung + Gebührenbefreieung innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Keine Ahnung woher der schlechte Ruf kommt. Although the general reputation of the health insurance company is rather bad, I can only say the opposite. My concerns were dealt with quickly, diligently and conscientiously. I was helped where I didn't think there could be financial help. My glasses were paid for in full on request and my health insurance + fee waiver was done within a few minutes. I have no idea where the bad reputation comes from.
