Und zu guter letzt nach einer Weiterleitung in den Hörer husten und auflegen. Für was werdet ihr bezahlt? 3x not connected. Wrong information received. Do not admit the mistake was made. Rude answered on email. And, last but not least, after coughing into the receiver, cough and hang up. What are you paid for?

Weder hat sie sich dafür interessiert wie mein Gesundungsverlauf ist, noch hat sie sich dafür interessiert ob ich Schmerzen habe. Weiters hat sie sich unqualifiziert über meine Hausärztin geäußert. Das einzige was die interessiert hat, war mich zum Ams zu schicken. Weiters ist das Auszahlen des Krankengeldes zu einer Mission Impossible geworden. Die Dame am Schalter sagte mir es wird angewiesen und versicherte mir das es verlässlich überwiesen wird. Auf meine Frage ob sie noch was von mir bräuchte Kontonummer ect, sagte sie das alles vorhanden sei. Also wartete ich 4 Tage und als ich mich dann informierte, wurde mir gesagt es sei keine Kontonummer vorhanden. Dafür habe ich 25 Jahre am Bau geschuftet, nur damit sie dir dann das Gefühl geben du bist ne faule Sau. Danke GKK Indescribable how to be treated here. The appointment with the chief doctor was a farce. She was not interested in how my recovery is, nor was she interested in whether I was in pain. Furthermore, she spoke unqualified about my general practitioner. The only thing that interested them was to send me to the Ams. In addition, paying sickness benefits has become a mission impossible. The lady at the counter told me it would be instructed and assured me that it would be transferred reliably. When I asked if she still needed something from me account number ect, she said that everything was available. So I waited 4 days and when I found out, I was told there was no account number. For that I worked 25 years on the building, just so that they give you the feeling that you are a lazy pig. Thanks GKK

Eines vorweg - die Mitarbeiter*innen am Telefon in Schärding sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - die können auch nichts für Ihren Arbeitgeber! Ich wurde Aufgrund erheblicher Rückenschmerzen und Verdacht auf Bandscheibenvorfall vom KH Grieskirchen zum MRT verwiesen. Nachdem sämtliche der "Kassen-Partner" 6-10 Wochen Wartezeit haben bin ich auf der Liste, welche vom KH Grieskirchen ausgehändigt wurde auf das MRT der Diakonissen in Linz gestoßen. Man bekommt am selben Tag noch einen Termin - wie geht das!? Muss die Behandlung/Untersuchung halt eben selber zahlen u. die Rechnung einreichen (was auf tel. Nachfrage bei der GKK kein Problem war). Dann möchte man die Rechnung einreichen - nach vorheriger tel. Absprache mit der GKK in Schärding bekommt man "einen guten Hunderter" zurück - und der Antrag wird abgelehnt!?!? Ich habe heftigste Rückenbeschwerden - die Diagnose lautet Bandscheibenvorfall - muss Physiotherapie machen, bin in meinem Bewegungsapparat stark eingeschränkt.. zahle monatlich mehrere hundert Euro an Sozialversicherung ein und dann ist es nicht möglich, zumindest die Hälfte oder 1/3 dieser € 220,- zurückzuerstatten!? Das empfinde ich äußerst verstörend und für eine absolute Frechheit, noch dazu wo das MRT Diakonissen auf der Liste der empfohlenen MRT Insitute des KH Grieskirchen steht! One star is still too much for these "achievements". First of all - the employees on the phone in Schärding are very nice and courteous - they cannot do anything for your employer either! I was referred to the MRI by the KH Grieskirchen due to considerable back pain and a suspected herniated disc. After all of the "Kassen-Partner" had to wait 6-10 weeks, I came across the MRT of the deaconesses in Linz on the list that was handed out by KH Grieskirchen. You get an appointment on the same day - how does that work !? Do you have to pay for the treatment / examination yourself? Submit the invoice (which was not a problem when asked by telephone at the GKK). Then you would like to submit the invoice - after prior tel. As agreed with the GKK in Schärding, you get "a good hundred" back - and the application is rejected!?!? I have severe back problems - the diagnosis is a slipped disc - I have to undergo physiotherapy, my musculoskeletal system is severely restricted .. I pay several hundred euros a month to social security and then it is not possible to reimburse at least half or 1/3 of this € 220.00 !? I find that extremely disturbing and an absolute cheek, especially where the MRT deaconess is on the list of recommended MRT institutes of the KH Grieskirchen!
