★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön wenn es heißt man soll vorbei kommen wenn man sich mit dem ändern des KBG nicht auskennt um dann wieder weg geschickt zu werden weil sie einem nicht helfen können bzw nicht wollen. So stellt man sich Kundenservice nicht vor!
Nice when it means you should come over if you are not familiar with the change in the KBG and then be sent away again because they cannot or do not want to help you. That's not how you imagine customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird einem nicht geholfen wenn man Hilfe braucht bezüglich Kinderbetreuungsgeld. Ich habe mehrmals versucht meine Situation zu beschreiben aber darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. "Jede Familie muss das selbst entscheiden" wurde mir mitgeteilt, obwohl ich erklärte dass ich bei der Entscheidung Hilfe brauche....
Danke, aber diesen Termin hätte ich mir sparen können...
Unfortunately there is no help if you need help with childcare allowance. I have tried several times to describe my situation but it was not discussed. "Each family has to decide for themselves" I was told, although I explained that I need help with the decision ...
