★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter gehen in der Coronakrise nach draussen rauchen und lassen alle Türen offen, dann wundern sie sich wenn man ihnen beim rausgehen im Flur begegnet und drehen am Rad.

In the corona crisis, the employees go outside to smoke and leave all the doors open, then they are surprised when you meet them when they go out in the hallway and turn the wheel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn möglich würde ich 0 Sterne geben für den Call Center Service von der GKK Stmk (03862 51440). Ich wurde heute von einem Mann der im genannten Call Center sitzt mit den Worten: "Ich habe andere Sachen auch noch zu tun und will das nicht noch einmal erklären." und anschließendem Auflegen, abgewimmelt. Nur weil er anscheinend nicht mit der heutigen Technik vertraut war und wir auf keinen gemeinsamen Nenner gekommen sind. Naja für einen Call Center Mitarbeiter sind Telefonate wo Leute Fragen haben und ungefähr 1:30 min dauern, wohl ziemlich fordernd, sodass man leicht die Fassung verlieren kann, dafür habe ich natürlich vollstes Verständnis. Was ich auch noch nachvollziehen kann ist der umfassende Aufgabenbereich dieses Mitarbeiters der natürlich nur pflichtbewusst seinen geschätzten 1000 anderen Arbeiten nachgehen wollte (z.B. mit Leuten telefonieren die Fragen haben und diese ordnungsgemäß beantworten, Stichwort Kundenzufriedenheit).

If possible I would give 0 stars for the call center service from GKK Stmk (03862 51440). I was met today by a man who is sitting in the aforementioned call center with the words: "I have other things to do and do not want to explain it again." and then hanging up, brushed off. Just because he apparently wasn't familiar with today's technology and we didn't come up with a common denominator. Well, for a call center employee, calls where people have questions and take about 1:30 minutes are probably quite demanding, so that you can easily lose your composure, of course I understand that completely. What I can also understand is the extensive range of duties of this employee, who of course only wanted to dutifully do his estimated 1000 other jobs (e.g. telephone people who have questions and answer them properly, keyword customer satisfaction).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich den anderen Rezensionen nicht anschließen. Wurde immer freundlich behandelt und finde auch die Chefärztin sehr kompetent. Parkplätze gibt es wenige vor der GKK, aber es gibt rundherum genug Alternativen.
Can not join the other reviews. Was always treated friendly and also find the head doctor very competent. There are few parking spaces in front of the GKK, but there are enough alternatives around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neue Chefärztin ist einfach zum Kotzen. Stundenlanges warten und dann so unfreundlich und frech. Sie hat da nichts verloren. Sie weiß nicht wie man die Arbeit richtig macht. Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben.
New head doctor is just sucks. Wait for hours and then so rude and cheeky. She has lost nothing there. She does not know how to do the job properly. I would like to give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SORRY. Aber wenn es nicht machbar ist etwas auszudrucken und gleich auszuhändigen sondern gesagt zu bekommen es wird mit der Post geschickt,um 4 Tage warten zu dürfen. Drucke es später aus war die Antwort, war der einzige zu diesem Zeitpunkt. Nicht böse sein aber geht gar nicht. Vorallem weil ich es immer gleich bekommen habe. (Versicherungsdatenauszug) mfg
SORRY. But if it is not feasible to print it out and hand it over straight away, but to be told it will be sent in the mail in order to be allowed to wait 4 days. Print it out later was the answer, was the only one at that time. Not to be angry but not at all. Especially because I always got it right away. (Insurance data extract) mfg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Empfang nett und hilfsbereit. Amtsärztin ist grauenhaft. Allgemein unbeliebt, arrogant und bösartig. Viele Beschwerden von Patienten und Ärzten, lehnt Krankschreibungen jeder Art grundsätzlich ab.. Hat leider Narrenfreiheit auf Kosten vieler Krankgeschriebenen, die noch mehr unter diesem Verhalten leiden müssen.
Nice and helpful at reception. Medical officer is terrible. Generally unpopular, arrogant and vicious. Many complaints from patients and doctors, rejects sick leave of any kind. Unfortunately, he has no fool's freedom at the expense of many sick people who have to suffer even more from this behavior.
