★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not easy to get obtain public insurance information as a foreighner and GKK is so far great. Specially service counter no.4. Mr Christian Götz is incredibly helpful! He speaks good English and explain to me very kindly.
This time my insurance card was not valid and i could not use insurance but no any customer service on the phone could tell what the problem or solution was. Just told me that i am not insured although i have been paid my insurance over a year. (Why can't they know??)
So i went to this service desk and the problem solved immediately within few minutes!!! Thank you!!
