Dann sucht euch doch bitte etwas anderes? Beschwert man sich über die Inkompetenz der dortigen Arbeitskräfte, erhält man - außer einer automatisch generierten Email (man hat's ja erhalten!) - nichts. Keine Antwort. Kein, es tut uns leid, wir geben uns zukünftig Mühe nicht so unfreundlich zu sein oder die Mitarbeiterin hatte (wieder) einen schlechten Tag etc. ! Hier sollte kräftig geschult werden. Wie kommen wir Versicherungsnehmer dazu, solch ein Verhalten zu akzeptieren oder gar zu tolerieren? Der persönliche Kontakt ist ja auch nicht besser. Es hängen befremdliche Sprüche an den Pulten? Scheinbar sind demnach alle Versicherungsnehmer gewalttätig, zudringlich oder sonst kriminell. Gilt natürlich für alle. Werft halt alle in einen Topf und behandelt auch die, die höflich sind, mit der selben Respektlosigkeit. Wehe, man stellt euch eine Frage... It doesn't cost anything to be friendly, please? Natürlich hat man mir gesagt nein .Der Termin verfällt.Finde ich nicht okay und sehr unfreundlich waren sie auch noch. Eigentlich war ja 10 ausgemacht .Aber man hatte mich angerufen und gefragt ob ich früher kommen kann ich sagte ja ich hoffe dass es sich ausgeht . meine Zusage war ein bedeutender in Fehler Since I could not meet my appointment on time today, I called and said that I could not make it on time. 945 was my appointment at 9:30 am. I called and asked if I would get a new appointment. Of course I was told no. The appointment expires. I don't think it's okay and they were also very rude.
