Passt mal eure Beratungszeiten online an—die Leute werden aufgrund dieser falschen Info der Zeiten einfach an der Tür abgewiesen. Total catastrophe what's going on. Natürlich kann man verstehen, dass die Arbeit sehr stressig ist, aber wenn ich meine Patienten so ohne Feingefühl behandeln würde, nur weil sie meine Pflegeanleitungen nicht verstanden haben, wäre das sehr traurig. Und übrigens, die Amtssprache ist Deutsch und nicht Dialekt!!! Ich habe 15 Jahre Erfahrung ald DaF-Lehrerin und muss feststellen dass die Schüler immer wieder frustriert zurückkommen, weil sie Deutsch gelernt haben und nicht Dialekt. Da die Amtssprache ausschließlich deutsch ist (was ich schon mal absolut nicht verstehe bei der Visa-Anmeldung für Ausländer), habe ich für sie übersetzt. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr ungeduldig und unfreundlich. Wir wurden behandelt, als würden wir stören und Fragen wurden nur widerwillig beantwortet. Es ist schade, dass Menschen, die nach Österreich kommen, so empfangen werden. I went there today with two international classmates to apply for a visa. Außer sie kommen als zahlungskräftige Touristen und hauen schnell wieder ab. Noch lieber wäre es den Österreichern wahrscheinlich, wenn die Ausländer das Geld lediglich überweisen und ganz wegbleiben.
