Soviel zum sozial Stadt Österreich! This is a mess that socially weak citizens have to wait for help for more than two weeks for the social money but have no money to bridge the time! So much for the social city of Austria!

Emails are ignored, as are calls. I am on hold for 15 minutes with the continuous statement that I am the first in the loop. Disgusting.

Die Beamten waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. So wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so kommt es zurück ;) You often have to wait a long time on the phone to get your turn, but the applications are processed as quickly as possible. The officers were always friendly and courteous. Just as you call into the forest, it comes back;)

p	peter gastinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frau Ashlee ist eine Dame wo man sagen kann WAU ! warum !, sie kann mir alles erklären von meinen fragen !? das ich es richtig versteh :-) .wenn es um unterlagen egal was es ist ! sie beantwortet dass ich es gut zu verstehen kann , meine Erfahrungen vom Sozialamt von frau Ashlee ! ist empfehlenswert wirklich . und hoffe ihn Sozialamt noch sehr lange vorhanden . Mrs. Ashlee is a lady you can say WAU! why!, she can explain everything to me of my questions!? that I understand it correctly :-) .when it comes to documents it doesn't matter what it is! she answers that I can understand it well, my experiences from the social welfare office of Mrs. Ashlee! is really recommended. and I hope that the social welfare office will still exist for a very long time.
T	Tamara Plocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es passieren haufenweise fehler, wen sie was berechnen, dan zahlen sie oft zuviel aus und machen dir enormen druck, das man es sofort zurückzahlen muss. Teilweise sehr arrogante art und unhöfflich, gegenüber der klienten. Wen man in den postkasten etwas hineinwirft, am sozialamt direckt, verschwinden diese sachen und es wird kein geld ausgezahlt und dem klienten wird wieder die schuld gegeben, ähnelt einer betrugsmasche. Man wartet sehr lange auf antworten, wen man telefonisch anruft, oft wird man garnicht zurückgerufen. Lots of mistakes happen when they calculate something, then they often pay out too much and put enormous pressure on you so that you have to pay it back immediately. Sometimes very arrogant and rude to the client. If you put something in the mailbox, go directly to the social welfare office, these things disappear and no money is paid out and the client is blamed again, resembles a scam. You wait a very long time for an answer when you call, often you don't get a call back at all.
