Update 21.11.2018: Nachdem ich nach einem netten Telefonat soeben erfahren habe, dass die Firma Bruckner keine Ersatzteile, die selbstständig besorgt wurden, mehr einbauen, muss ich leider zwei Sterne abziehen. Ich denke, dass es bei einer freien Werkstatt auch um solche arbeiten geht und finde es schade, dass einem in der Richtung nicht mehr geholfen wird.
Fast, helpful, competent, even with unusual cases.
Update 11/21/2018: After I just found out after a nice phone call that the Bruckner company no longer installs spare parts that were procured independently, I unfortunately have to subtract two stars. I think that a freelance workshop is also about such work and I think it's a shame that there is no longer any help in this direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Leistung der Werkstattdie ist Top, allerdings die Abwicklung mit der Kaskoversicherung lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
Musste alles über meinen Rechtsawalt laufen lassen damit das geklärt werden konnte.
Dacher leider nur 2 Sterne
The service of the workshop is great, but the handling of the comprehensive insurance leaves a lot to be desired.
Had to let everything run through my lawyer so that could be clarified.
Unfortunately only 2 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind eine Stunde vor Schließung zur Werkstatt, da wir einen tiefen Steinschlag in unserer Windschutzscheibe hatten. Wollten uns eigentlich nur erkundigen, ob eine Ausbesserung möglich ist. Die netten Herren, haben den Steinschlag sofort an Ort und Stelle behandelt. Super Service, den man nicht oft findet.
Are to the workshop an hour before closing because we had a deep rockfall in our windshield. Really just wanted to inquire whether a repair is possible. The nice gentlemen dealt with the falling rocks immediately on the spot. Great service that you don't find often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde gesagt das Auto ist in 2 spätestens 3 Tagen fertig. Wurde sogar extra nochmal angerufen. Leider hat sich niemand mehr gemeldet und Am Freitag war niemand mehr zu erreichen am Nachmittag. Konnte das Auto erst Dienstags holen da es mir Aufgrund meiner Arbeit und dem Verkehr nicht möglich war Montags vor 17:00 Uhr es abzuholen. War somit das ganze Wochenende + Montag ohne Auto und musste mir selber etwas organisieren. Es gibt keine Schlüsselbox und man muss vor Ort zahlen, somit ist es nicht möglich das Auto später zu holen, was sehr ärgerlich war da ich eine Anreise von 60 min hatte und mir die Werkstatt von meinen Autohändler empfohlen wurde.
Falsche versprechungen können passieren, sollten aber nicht!
Die Arbeit selber war sehr sauber und dass Personal auch sehr freundlich und hat sich auch entschuldigt.
Trotzdem werde ich aufgrund dessen nicht nochmal kommen, da ich es anderswo deutlich unkomplizierten habe und ich mir nicht extra frei nehmen muss um vor 17:00 ein Auto abzuholen
It was said the car will be ready in 2 or 3 days at the latest. Was even called again specially. Unfortunately nobody got in touch and nobody could be reached on Friday in the afternoon. Couldn't pick up the car until Tuesday because I wasn't able to pick it up on Mondays before 5:00 p.m. due to my work and traffic. So I was without a car the whole weekend + Monday and had to organize something myself. There is no key box and you have to pay on site, so it is not possible to pick up the car later, which was very annoying because I had to travel 60 minutes and the workshop was recommended to me by my car dealer.
False promises can happen, but they shouldn't!
The work itself was very clean and the staff was also very friendly and apologized.
Nevertheless, I will not come again because of this, as it is clearly uncomplicated elsewhere and I don't have to take extra time off to pick up a car before 5:00 p.m.
