M	Marc Berl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal komplett überfordert, wenn man was zu trinken anschaffen will wird man nur angeschnauzt Wir hatten eine Bowling Zeit von 1,5 Stunden reserviert - schlussendlich haben wir vielleicht ca eine Stunde gespielt mit der Warterei und dann haben Sie uns die Bahn einfach abgedreht War das letzte Mal hier leider ? Staff completely overwhelmed, if you want to buy something to drink you will only be snapped at We had reserved a bowling time of 1.5 hours - in the end we played maybe about an hour with the waiting and then they just turned off the lane for us Was the last time here unfortunately ?

An der Bowlingkasse mussten mir 20 min auf den kassierer warte und nach normalem fragen wie viel es kostet würde, schrie er mich an und klopfte einige Sprüche, dass ich eh genug Zeit hatte die Preise zu suchen. Ich war sehr geschockt, da ich nicht damit gerechnet hatte. Er sagte außerdem, dass er nicht viel Zeit für uns hatte, obwohl es nicht viele andere Kunden gab. Unfreundliches Personal. Es gibt aber auch wenige nette. 2 Sterne, da das Bowlen Spaß gemacht hatte. I'm 14 and went bowling with my boyfriend for half an hour. At the bowling counter I had to wait 20 minutes for the cashier and ask after normal how much it would cost, he yelled at me and knocked on some sayings that I had enough time to look for the prices anyway. I was very shocked because I hadn't expected it. He also said he didn't have much time with us, even though there weren't many other customers. Rude staff. But there are also a few nice ones. 2 stars as bowling was fun.
J	Julia Kampleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde lieber 0 Sterne geben. Habe selber jahrelang im Service gearbeitet und verstehe den Stress der Kellner. Jedoch war ich mit zwei Freundinnen dort und wir haben eine dreiviertelstunde gewartet und wurden nicht bedient. Ich würde sogar eher sagen ignoriert. Der Kellner ist 5 mal in den Bereich gekommen und hat uns nicht einmal angesehen, stattdessen ist er lieber zu Tische gegangen, die schon bedient waren und hat mitgetrunken und ist wieder gegangen. Dem Tisch neben uns ist es ähnlich ergangen und hat das Lokal dann verlassen, das haben wir dann auch gemacht. Einfach eine Frechheit. Sind dann ins Rox gegangen (war auch voll) und hatten innerhalb von zwei Minuten unsere Getränke.!!!! Would rather give 0 stars. I've worked in the service for years myself and understand the stress of the waiters. However, I was there with two friends and we waited three quarters of an hour and were not served. I would even say ignored. The waiter came into the area 5 times and didn't even look at us, instead he went to the tables that were already served and drank and left. The table next to us had a similar experience and then left the restaurant, which is what we did. Just a cheek. Then we went to the Rox (it was also full) and had our drinks within two minutes.!!!!

Wir haben mind. eine 40 Minuten gewartet und währenddessen sind auch die Gäste von unserem Nachbartisch aufgestanden und gegangen, da wir einfach IGNORIERT wurden. Er ist ca. 10 mal reingelaufen um mit den Gästen die ihm sympathisch war etwas zu trinken und ist einfach wieder weggelaufen. Wir sind nach 40 Minuten noch immer nicht bedient worden. Wir sind dann aufgestanden und gegangen. The service is a joke! We waited at least 40 minutes and meanwhile the guests from our neighboring table got up and left because we were simply IGNORED. He walked in about 10 times to have a drink with the guests he liked and just ran away again. After 40 minutes we still haven't been served. We then got up and left.
L	Lisa K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wartet fast 45-60 min darauf, dass man bedient wird, obwohl manche Keller unterbeschäftigt wirken und einfach nur dastehen und man mehrmals auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat. Mussten schlussendlich einen Kellner nachlaufen. Die Spieltische/Tische sind auserdem absolut ekelhaft verklebt. Den Tisch haben wir dann selber geputzt. Einfach unzumutbar. You wait almost 45-60 minutes to be served, although some cellars seem under-employed and just stand there and get their attention several times. Finally had to run after a waiter. The gaming tables/tables are also absolutely disgustingly glued. We then cleaned the table ourselves. Simply unacceptable.
M	Melli Meindl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bowlingbahn an sich super, aber das Ambiente war wirklich schrecklich - die Musik so laut dass man sich fast gar nicht unterhalten konnte. Nach Ablauf der Zeit wird alles sofort abgedreht man nicht mal mehr fertig spielen oder zumindest den Spielstand noch ansehen. Außerdem unfreundliches Personal, lange Wartezeiten und man darf nicht zu 9t auf eine Bahn, auch wenn man einen Aufpreis zahlen würde - absolut unflexibel. Bowling alley itself was great but the ambiance was really terrible - the music so loud it was almost impossible to have a conversation. After the time has elapsed, everything is turned off immediately and you can't even finish playing or at least look at the score. In addition, unfriendly staff, long waiting times and you are not allowed to 9t on a train, even if you would pay a surcharge - absolutely inflexible.

Jedoch muss ich 3 Sterne abziehen, denn man wartet wirklich 15min bis man mal eine Karte bekommt außerdem war der Kellner mit den zwei schwarzen Ohrringen und den Tattoos weiss nicht wie er heißt, der war wirklich ziemlich verwirrt noch dazu, habe ich zweimal etwas bestellt und er meinte, dass es diese Getränke gar nicht gibt dann aber doch? Wollte dann noch Trinkgeld hergeben und er hat mir es dann wieder zurückgegeben??!! Aber muss trotzdem sagen, dass die Getränke sehr gut waren!?? Drinks were very good really! However, I have to deduct 3 stars, because you really wait 15 minutes until you get a card, and the waiter with the two black earrings and tattoos doesn't know his name, he was really quite confused, I ordered something twice and he said that these drinks don't even exist, but do they? Then wanted to give a tip and he then gave it back to me??!! But still have to say that the drinks were very good!??
