★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen mit Oceanmaps waren leider überhaupt nicht gut. Zunächst stellte ich eine Anfrage, die sogar relativ Zeitnah vom Mitarbeiter „Thomas“ bearbeitet wurde.
Leider war es die erste und letzt Antwort die ich auf meine Anfragen bekommen sollte, die noch nicht einmal alle 3 angesprochene Punkte beantwortete.
Nach 2 weiteren Mails in den ich höflich und nett nach dem aktuellen Stand erkundigt habe wurden unbeantwortet gelassen.
Ich habe mich sehr darüber geärgert, da ich die Maps gern zeitnah in meinem aktuellen Projekt eingesetzt hätte.
Leider kann ich aus persönlicher Erfahrung nur Abraten von der Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Unternehmen !
Unfortunately, my experience with ocean maps has not been good at all. First I made a request that was even processed relatively promptly by the employee "Thomas".
Unfortunately, it was the first and last answer I should get to my inquiries that did not even answer all 3 points mentioned.
After 2 more emails in which I politely and nicely asked about the current status, they were left unanswered.
I was very annoyed about it because I would have liked to use the maps in my current project as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, from personal experience I can only advise against working with this company!
