Auch mein Mann ?? wurde super betreut mit Frisurberatung und Bartstylinig von "Dennis" einen sympathischen jungen Mann im Shop. Very nice and well-trained hairdresser "Julia" in the shop in the shopping arena ??‍♀️. My husband ?? was also well looked after with hairstyle advice and beard styling from "Dennis" a friendly young man in the shop.
l	ligrund fray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich bin so enttäusch extrem . ich wurde vor Monaten von ein Teeny schwarze lange haare ! alpenstrasse Friseur beim Ohr verletzt ! , so verletzt das ich genäht worden bin . ich machte eine anzeige bei der Polizei . das Gericht hat die anzeige eingestellt ! , es wurde geschrieben !das ich nicht extrem verletzt worden bin , kein gesundheitsschädigen gekommen ist . ich habe kein vertrauen vom Friseur mehr . Vorsicht wegen dem (Gesicht )oder von den (Ohren) tenny Friseurin lassen ihren hass ! beim Kunden aus !? wenn ein Kunde irgendwas ausspricht ! was den tenny Friseurin nicht akzeptiert ! und scheitet sofort Loss i am so extremely disappointed. I became a teeny black long hair months ago! alpenstrasse hairdresser's ear injured! So hurt that I've been sewn I filed a report with the police. the court has closed the complaint! , it was written! that I was not extremely injured, that there was no harm to my health. I no longer trust the hairdresser. Beware of the (face) or of the (ears) tenny hairdresser let their hatred! at the customer!? when a customer says something! what the tenny hairdresser does not accept! and immediately fails loss

Für 5 bis 10 Minuten Maschinenschnitt 14,50 € ganz schön happig. Nice hairdresser, clean ambience. Waiting times low. Prices are not constant, more expensive from visit to visit. For 5 to 10 minutes machine cut 14.50 € pretty steep.

Letztens war ich zum ersten Mal in der Alpenstraße aufgrund der verlängerten Öffnungszeiten. Zunächst einmal die Begrüßung war recht schlicht. Auf die Frage ob sie heute eventuell noch Zeit hätten mich zu schneiden, kam eigentlich keine richtige Antwort, sondern eher ein freches „zum Warten ist halt“. Warten ist ja kein Problem - habe ich schon längere Wartezeiten gehabt. Aber die Friseurin war fertig und ist anschließend einfach für 10 Minuten verschwunden, (ich nehme an) um Rauchen zu gehen. Sie war dann wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber ich habe deutlich gesagt, dass ich nicht mit der Maschine geschnitten werden möchte, sondern mit der Schere. Die Konturen hat sie dann mit der Maschine geschnitten - das lass ich mir ja noch einreden - aber in mein Ohr zwei mal schneiden tut schon irgendwie weh. Kann ja mal passieren, kein Problem. Aber entschuldigen und dazu stehen wäre schön gewesen und nicht einfach tot schweigen. Mit dem Haarschnitt bin ich ganz zufrieden, etwas zu lang sind sie noch. Doch war ich dann einfach froh, als sie „fertig“ war. Dafür dann doch fast 27€ zu zahlen ist halt etwas ärgerlich. Werd dann wahrscheinlich in Zukunft einen anderen Friseur aufsuchen und 3€ mehr zahlen - dafür ohne Verletzungen davon kommen. I've been a Klipp customer for a long time and have always been satisfied. Recently I was in the Alpenstraße for the first time due to the extended opening hours. First of all the greeting was quite plain. When asked if they still had time to cut me today, there was actually no real answer, but rather a cheeky "we'll have to wait". Waiting isn't a problem - I've had longer waiting times in the past. But the hairdresser finished and then just disappeared for 10 minutes (I assume) to go smoke. She was really friendly and accommodating, but I made it clear that I didn't want to be cut with a machine, but with scissors. She then cut the contours with the machine - I let myself be persuaded - but cutting my ear twice somehow hurts. It can happen, no problem. But apologizing and standing by it would have been nice and not just dead silent. I am quite satisfied with the haircut, they are still a bit too long. But then I was just happy when it was "finished". Paying almost €27 for it is just a bit annoying. Will probably go to another hairdresser in the future and pay 3 € more - but get away with it without injuries.
