Mein Betreuer ist nie in der Bank der Herr Han.l egal wann man anruft, dann heißt es er ruft zurück, dass passiert aber leider nie!! Ich ärgere mich immer wieder über dass Benehmen der Angestellten in dieser Bank, und jetzt bin ich wirklich an meinen Grenzen gestoßen wo ich die Bank wechseln werde, ist eigentlich sehr sehr Traurig dass es solche Banken noch gibt, wo die Kunden so schlecht behandelt werden!!!!!
The worst bank I've encountered in my life. My supervisor is never in the bank of Mr. Han.l no matter when you call, then he is called back, but unfortunately that never happens !! I am always annoyed by the behavior of the employees in this bank, and now I have really reached my limits where I will change the bank, it is actually very, very sad that there are still banks where customers are treated so badly! !!!!
