Er zog einige Leute die nach mir gekommen sind vor mir und als ich mich beschwert habe hat er gesagt "ich bin hier zuständig". Ich war für neue Konto Eröffnung da, aber dank ihm werde ich das nie mehr tun I was kicked out by Mr. Fidan today on December 13th, 2021. He pulled some people who came after me in front of me and when I complained he said "I'm responsible here". I was there to open new accounts, but thanks to him I will never do that again

Ich musste mich heute 30 min anstellen, um zu erfahren, dass die Kollegin nebenan für die Kassa zuständig ist - da nirgendwo etwas angeschrieben war, war es unmöglich zu erkennen, wo man sich anstellen muss. Man riet mir dann mich nochmals 30+ Minuten bei der richtigen Schlange anzustellen, worauf ich verzichtet habe. Da zahl ich lieber am Flughafen fürs Geldwechseln drauf… The organization is a disgrace. I had to queue for 30 minutes today to find out that the colleague next door is responsible for the cash desk - since nothing was written anywhere, it was impossible to see where to queue. I was then advised to wait another 30+ minutes in the right queue, which I did without. I'd rather pay extra for changing money at the airport...

Staff here is pleasant but not helpful and certainly not competent. If you need any other services aside from withdrawing cash, go to a different location.
