C	Cassidy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also der Dornbirner Bahnhof geht mal gar nicht. -Sehr viele Bettler, Alkoholisierte Personen und "Junkies" gammeln dort den ganzen Tag. -Die Mitarbeiter an den ÖBB und Vmobil Schaltern waren auch meißt schlecht gelaunt wenn man sie nur angesprochen hat. -Der Lift funktioniert auch nur wenn er Lust hat. Als person, welcher auf den Lift angewiesen ist, nervt dies total. -Sauber sieht der Bahnhof auch nicht aus. Da meine Arbeitsstelle in der Nähe ist und ich mit den Öffis fahren muss, muss ich zwangsläufig täglich an dem Bahnhof vorbei und teilweise liegt der müll dort eine ganze Woche lang unberührt rum. -Die Haltestellen werden auch immer umstrukturiert und man hat einfach keine Übersicht, wo welcher Bus jetzt eigentlich hält. Und wenn man sich mal zurecht gefunden hat wird wieder eine Änderung vorgenommen... So the Dornbirn train station doesn't work at all. -Lots of beggars, drunkards and "junkies" loll there all day. -The employees at the ÖBB and Vmobil counters were mostly in a bad mood if you just spoke to them. -The lift only works when he feels like it. As a person who depends on the elevator, this is totally annoying. -The station doesn't look clean either. Since my job is nearby and I have to take the public transport, I inevitably have to pass the train station every day and sometimes the garbage lies there untouched for a whole week. -The stops are always being restructured and you simply have no overview of where which bus actually stops. And once you have found your way, a change is made again ...
N	Nobody_Just_Kosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Dornbirner Bahnhof fühlt man sich wie zuhause! Kaum bin ich dort gewesen, hat mir ein netter Mann eine Corona Impfung direkt ohne reden gegönnt. Hier wird Mehl wie in der Backstube verteilt und die Leute sind echt nett. Jemand hat meinen zu schweren Rucksack einfach so genommen und ist weggerannt, hat mir Rückenschmerzen gespart. Wünschte es gäbe mehr von solchen Orten. 5/5 You feel at home at the Dornbirn train station! As soon as I was there, a nice man gave me a corona vaccination without talking. Flour is distributed here like in the bakery and the people are really nice. Someone just grabbed my heavy backpack and ran away, saving me back pain. Wish there were more of those places. 5/5

V	Viktor Bonsaizecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 25.08.2020 wurde ich auf meine Fahrkarte kontrolliert. Ich hatte aber nur mein altes maximo ticket gefunden und das neue erst, als die Kontrolleure schon außer reichweite waren. Am selbigen Tag bin ich extra noch mal zu einem öbb Büro und habe mein Maximo ticket per online Formular nachgereicht. Anschließend bekam ich Inkasso Schreiben und ich musste am Telefon erfahren, dass ihr Email Postfach kaputt sei und sie aufgrund dessen schon mehrere Beschwerden haben, weil sie keine Emails empfangen konnten. Leider wars damit nicht geklärt. Nach meinem Umzug kamen wieder mehrere inkasso Briefe an meine alte Adresse und somit habe ich es erst ziemlich spät erfahren. Nach anschließendem diskutieren mit dem Anwalt den die öbb hinzugezogen hatte, war es dann geklärt und das Verfahren wurde eingestellt. 27 Euro bearbeitungsgebühr musste ich trotzdem bezahlen. Zusätzlich dazu kommt, das man zb beim Bahnhof rankweil, für das Öffnen der Toilette 50 Cent bezahlen muss. Absolut dreist, aus den körperfunktionen der Menschen noch Kapital zu schlagen. Die öbb ist Unfassbar inkompetent und dreist. Frechheit! On August 25th, 2020 I was checked for my ticket. But I only found my old maximo ticket and the new one only when the ticket inspectors were out of range. On the same day I went to an öbb office again and submitted my Maximo ticket using the online form. Then I received a debt collection letter and I had to find out on the phone that your email inbox was broken and that you already have several complaints because you could not receive any emails. Unfortunately that wasn't the answer. After my move, several debt collection letters came back to my old address and so I only found out about it quite late. After a subsequent discussion with the lawyer whom the öbb had called in, it was then clarified and the proceedings were discontinued. I still had to pay a processing fee of 27 euros. In addition, you have to pay 50 cents to open the toilet at the train station in Rankweil. Absolutely audacious to capitalize on people's bodily functions. The öbb is incredibly incompetent and bold. Cheek!
