The company is extremely complicated and customer friendly. You respond coldly to complaints and the ticket structures are extremely non-transparent.

Better you buy or meet a car.

one person told another to keep it on, the attendant didn't care. only that you're quiet in the quiet zone. it's a mask zone too!
