P	Pauli Manker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr schwaches angebot, hier arbeiten alle für den staat und die krankenkassen und nicht für den patienten - die damen beim empfang sind jedoch sehr bemüht und top freundlich daher ein stern - frau dr. adler bräuchte wegen ihrem nervösen augenzwinkern selbst dringend eine therapie oder sollte schon längst in pension gehen, arbeitet mit völlig veralterten methoden wie vor hundert jahren die dem patienten mehr schaden als nutzen very weak offer, everyone here works for the state and the health insurances and not for the patient - the ladies at the reception, however, are very hard-working and very friendly, therefore a star - dr. Adler urgently needs therapy because of her nervous wink or should retire long ago, works with completely outdated methods like a hundred years ago that do more harm than good to the patient
K	Kim H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAZIT Hilfreich und professionell THERAPEUT Ich habe in dieser Einrichtung eine Paartherapie besucht und war damit sehr zufrieden. Der Therapeut konnte unsere Situation im Laufe mehrerer Monate deutlich verbessern und wir hatten manches Aha-Erlebnis. Er wirkte insgesamt professionell, interessiert und unparteiisch (was ja in Paartherapien durchaus relevant ist). INSTITUT Auch der Rest dieser Institution wirkt gelungen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ansprechend gestaltet, man fühlt sich wohl. Das Personal wirkt freundlich und bemüht. Das Erstgespräch war professionell. Die Wartezeit betrug bei uns unter einem Monat, was aber wohl eher Zufall war. PREIS Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Preis je nach Einkommen gestaffelt ist. Dadurch ist dieser deutlich günstiger als bei selbstständigen Psychotherapeuten. Für Menschen mit sehr geringem Einkommen (Mindestsicherung o.Ä.) ist dieser trotzdem noch eine Hürde, aber das ist wohl eher dem Gesetzgeber bzw. den Krankenkassen anzulasten und weniger dem Psychotherapieanbieter. CONCLUSION Helpful and professional THERAPIST I visited a couple therapy in this institution and was very satisfied with it. The therapist was able to significantly improve our situation over the course of several months and we had many an aha experience. Overall he was professional, interested and impartial (which is quite relevant in couples therapies). INSTITUTE The rest of this institution is also successful. The rooms are attractively designed, you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The first conversation was professional. The waiting time was less than a month, which was probably just a coincidence. PRICE On a positive note, the price is staggered according to income. This makes it much cheaper than self-employed psychotherapists. For people with very low income (minimum income or similar) this is still a hurdle, but that is more likely to blame the legislature or the health insurance and less the psychotherapeutic provider.

Private Stunden zu zahlen sind für viele Menschen mit geringem Einkommen sonst nicht möglich. I am grateful that this facility exists, which enables psychotherapeutic support to be received at the cash register. See that as a great support. Otherwise, paying private hours is not possible for many people with low incomes.

Ich würde generell von "Psychotherapie" abraten. Bereits nach den ersten Treffen mit der allerersten Therapeutin hat sich eigentl. hauptsächl. die Frage gestellt: Warum habe ich mir das nur angetan hier hinzugehen (und das liegt nicht bloß an mir). Was daran so super "professionell" und "verständnisvoll" sein sollte, hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Ok, it was an attempt to create beautiful rooms - but you shouldn't expect to be taken seriously and respected. I would generally advise against "psychotherapy". Already after the first meeting with the very first therapist, actually. mainly asked the question: Why did I do this to myself to go here (and it's not just me). What should be so super "professional" and "understanding" about it has not been revealed to me.
M	Medi Mamachen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 3 Jahren dabei und muss echt zugeben ich bin begeistert was für eine große Bereicherung die pta ist? in drei Jahre habe ich so viel gelernt und aufarbeiten können? es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten sei es die Gruppen Therapie oder skills Gruppe oder einzel & so viel mehr es ist kein 0 8 50 er Therapie ich bin sehr zufrieden & kann es nur weiterempfehlen ????? I've been with it for 3 years and I really have to admit I'm thrilled what a great enrichment the pta is? in three years I have learned so much and been able to work through it? there are so many possibilities be it group therapy or group skills or individual & so much more it is not a 0 8 50 therapy I am very satisfied & can only recommend it ?????

Da sie meinte er sei einer der besten und beliebtesten der nur noch einen Platz frei hat habe ich ihr vertraut und zugesagt. Beim Gespräch mit dem Therapeuten kam heraus das er erst ein Monat dort arbeitete und zugebucht war da er eine Gruppe übernahm. Er selbst war nahe zu motiviationslos und monoton. Ich hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt, da es sich so anfühlte als würde ich mit einer zwei äugigen Wand reden. My first interview was very strange, the psychologist convinced me to go to a therapist who, according to her description, did not do justice. Since she said he was one of the best and most popular who only had one place left, I trusted her and agreed. When talking to the therapist, it came out that he had only worked there for a month and was booked because he was taking over a group. He himself was almost too lacking in motivation and monotonous. I didn't feel comfortable as it felt like I was talking to a two eyed wall.

Durch den Internen wechsel der Chefetage ist die PTA nicht mehr für mich zu gebrauchen - Massenabfertigung, auch der Grund warum sogar einige Therapeuten das Institut verlassen haben!!! Die Rezeption ist total unfreundlich geworden überhaupt der eine Mann der glaubt er ist der Hero vom Dienst - total nervig solche Leute und für Menschen mit psychischen Problemen ist so ein Mann an der Rezeption fehl am Platz!!! Unfreundlich, überheblich und frech mehr sag ich zu dem Typen nicht!!! Im großen und ganzen ist die PTA nicht mehr das was sie einmal war ..... sehr schade !!! After a long therapy I left the PTA..... The reason is quite simple. Due to the internal change of the executive floor, the PTA is no longer usable for me - mass processing, also the reason why even some therapists have left the institute!!! The front desk has become totally unfriendly, the one man who thinks he is the hero of the service - totally annoying people like that and for people with mental problems such a man at the front desk is out of place!!! Unfriendly, arrogant and impudent, that's all I can say about the guy!!! All in all, the PTA is no longer what it used to be ..... what a pity !!!
