★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For somebody who speaks no word of german the staff has been superb and the professionalism second to none.Words can not describe the level of human empathy shown to patient and family equally.Bravo to everybody in HIBST from nurse to surgeons.Outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated super nice by the midwifes and the whole medical stuff, if you are a future mother and wondering if you should deliver your precious angel in this hospital I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gynecologist ambulance requires a referral from your gynecologist (which we were not able to get because all of them being full for months). If you need urgent treatment, this is useless. The appointment lady does not speak English and was not friendly or welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the stuff i dealt with were nice, the midwives were good.. it was awful not to have something to keep the privacy of each patient 'curtains for example between patients' . its was also shocking that there were no breast feeding specialist! there is some good and some bad sides of the hospital..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife gave birth in this Klinik. One star goes like 5 star to doctors who were during giving birth, they were amazing.
But the nurses, where my wife stayed for 3 days, were extremely impolite, treated us like no one, especially women with short hairs were so rude that she and another woman with hairs always shouted at us, which was so annoying. I don't recommend this Klinik because the nurses aren't polite, they should be replaced with better competent nurses.
Ambulance - is another crazy part of this procedure. They invited my wife one day before, took pcr test and then on the next day there was no results and she took in Gynecology another test. Now after a month we received huge bill for test, are you serious??
I am referring to administration, please fix the nursing part and ambulance administration issues, if you don't want to lose your future clients.
