That situation is the same from at least past over a dozen months and they are do nothing to make it better. Simply no respect to the customers... Sell and forget... So if you buy something from them and there will be any issues you are alone...

The lock and app are really well made, btw.

Yesterday they told me it shipped weeks ago and I should take it up with UPS. The tracking number says it was received by: Man. It's a construction site... I will be contesting with my Credit card.
