Aus meiner eigener Erfahrung ist die Dienstleistung und die Beratung dazu aber begrenzt. Komplexere Sachverhalte, die in der Praxis wohl meistens anzutreffen sind, werden wenig ambitiös erledigt. Habe da schon andere Notare kennengelernt. Das Hinzuziehen von Experten in für den Durchschnittsmenschen nicht alltäglichen Vertragswerken sollte einen Mehrwert für beide Seiten darstellen.
On the homepage, the purchase contract and trust for real estate is cited as the main activity of the firm. From my own experience, however, the service and advice is limited. More complex issues, which are most likely to be encountered in practice, are not done ambitiously. Have already met other notaries. Involving experts in non-routine contracts for the average person should add value for both sides.
