Einerseits hat er meine Gattin und mich bezüglich der Erstellung unserer Testamente beraten andererseits hat er für meine Familie eine Erbschaftsangelegenheit abgewickelt, in die insgesamt 4 Parteien involviert waren, die Neuparzellierungen von Grundstücken sowie deren Bewertung und sinnvolle Aufteilung beinhaltet hat und die sich insgesamt über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren erstreckt hat. Im Zuge seiner Beratungen haben wir Hr. Gögele als ausgezeichneten Berater wahrgenommen. Es ist selbstredend, dass ein Notar mit der fachlichen Kompetenz aufwarten kann, die für solche Angelegenheiten erforderlich sind. Herausragend war allerdings seine Fähigkeit die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten und Vorgänge mit Ruhe und Bedacht so zu erklären, dass es allen Beteiligten danach leicht fiel die nötigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Weiters war auch seine Geduld bemerkenswert, die er uns allen entgegenbrachte. Ich kann Herrn Notar Gögele also wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Notary Dr. Gögele has already looked after my family several times.
