Zugrundeliegend dürfte Ihre anfänglich verschwiegene Selbstbehandlung sein, wobei Sie zuerst blondiert und kurze Zeit später dunkel eingefärbt haben. Zugegeben, dies haben wir vorangehend nicht erkannt und leider konnte dann auch die Olaplexbehandlung keine Wunder mehr bewirken. Ihre unrühmliche Chef-Kritik wollen wir in diesem Rahmen nicht kommentieren. Erlauben Sie uns, auch dazu lernen zu dürfen und in diesem Sinne stehen wir Ihnen weiterhin gerne zur Verfügung. Your self-treatment, initially silent, may be the basis, whereby you first bleached and a short time later turned dark. Admittedly, we did not recognize this beforehand and unfortunately the olaplex treatment could no longer work miracles. We do not want to comment on your inglorious chief criticism in this context. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das man hier auf meine Wünsche eingegangen ist. Ich habe genau das bekommen, was ich wollte. What I expect from a good hairdresser is pleasant treatment and attention. I had the feeling that my wishes were met here. I got exactly what I wanted.
V	Vanessa K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Frisörbesuch, bei dem man mir Foliensträhnen gemacht hat sind mir bereits beim Föhnen im Salon Strähnenweise die Haare abgebrochen!!! Nachdem ich die Frisörin darauf hingewiesen habe, kam der „Chef“ und meinte nur, dass das bestimmt nicht von den 20Minuten Farbe kommen kann, sondern schon vorher passiert sein muss - was keinesfalls stimmte! Ich musste meine Haare mit teuren Olaplexbehandlungen in einem richtigen Frisörsalon retten (was leider auch nur teilweise gelang). So ein Pfusch, sowie die selbstherrliche Art des Chefs verdienen eigentlich keinen einzigen Stern! Nie wieder! After visiting the hairdresser, during which I was made with strands of foil, my hair broke off while I was blow-drying in the salon streak-wise !!! After I had pointed this out to the hairdresser, the "boss" came and said only that it certainly cannot come from the 20 minutes of color, but must have happened beforehand - which was by no means true! I had to save my hair with expensive olaplex treatments in a real hairdressing salon (which unfortunately was only partially possible). Such a botch, as well as the self-confident manner of the boss actually don't deserve a single star! Never again!

I am very satisfied and enthusiastic about the whole Alex team, especially my super hairdresser Jolien, who always stands by my special wishes, my hair is very healthy and beautifully groomed and styled, open and friendly, and highly professional in her area with good knowledge of people and has an open ear for every customer.
