Ich würde mich mit Händen und Füßen wehren, wenn wir diese Kanzlei noch einmal zugewiesen bekämen. Eine Verlassenschaftssache, die in 3 Monaten abgewickelt sein könnte, darf sich in keinster Weise auf Jahre hinausziehen. Es hat uns Nerven und Zeit gekostet, unzählige Telefonate zu führen, ständig Dokumente, die schon abgegeben waren, erneut abzugeben, da sie verschwunden waren. Grundstücke wurden verwechselt, falsche Berechnungen wurden angestellt. Meine Tochter ist stundenlang gesessen, hat alles nachgerechnet, Fehler entdeckt, welche von der Kanzlei ignoriert wurden. Erst am Finanzamt wurde, als alles schon verjährt war, die Sachlage richtiggestellt und meine Kinder bekamen 800 Euro !!!!!! rückerstattet. Man hat sofort einem Mitarbeiter, der kurz nach Beginn (ich schätze 2 Monate) der Verlassenschaftssache die Kanzlei gewechselt hat, die Schuld zugeschoben. Wer aber war dann in den restlichen Jahren unfähig genug, seine Arbeit ordentlich zu machen??????? Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich null Punkte vergeben.

I would defend myself with my hands and feet if we were reassigned to this office. A matter of inheritance that could be settled in 3 months must in no way drag on for years. It cost us nerves and time to make countless phone calls, to constantly hand in documents that had already been handed in again because they had disappeared. Land was mixed up, wrong calculations were made. My daughter sat for hours, did the math, discovered mistakes that were ignored by the law firm. Only at the tax office, when everything was already statute-barred, the situation was corrected and my children received 800 euros !!!!!! refunded. You immediately put the blame on an employee who changed law firm shortly after the probate had started (I guess two months). But who was then unable to do their job properly in the remaining years ??????? If it were possible I would give zero points.
