★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEAUTIFUL & STUNNING VIEWS. We visited Nordkette in end of February and the top of Innsbruck area was completely covered in snow. Luckily the weather was sunny so we had a lot of fun. Just when we were about to rent ski equipments, the weather changed and was kind of snow storm and couldn't ski. However had so much fun playing in snow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun ride and beautiful views. Kind of pricy, but worth it for the views. Be sure to check the weather first before going as it can get really cold at the top. If you’re in the hiking, carve out some time to do that. You could definitely spend the better part of a day here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's beautiful. You should not miss it. Though it is better to go in winter, which applies to entire Innsbruck. Top of it has cloud 9 igloo which nice too.
It has different levels to climb up. If you are accompanied by kids go up to 1st stop right after zoo.
From here view to city and other mountain s are nice.
Architecture is nice too, a must watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experiente at the top; TERRIBLE experience at the cashier! The woman that was there (Sunday, Feb 13th) was very, VERY rude, didn't let me talk when I tried to tell her about the COVID documents that I had.
When I tried to explain that I had all the documents listed on Austria's official website, she was convinced that she knew it all, and so imposing that she was right and I was wrong, interrupting me when I tried to speak.
When I showed another document that I had, which was an antibody test, she was convinced that it was a recovery certificate. If she thought differently, I wouldn't be able to go to the top because of her. For her, the two only possible documents were a "green pass" or "a recovery certificate". However, since I'm vaccinated with 2 shots of SINOVAC + 1 shot JANSSEN, I should present both proof of an antibody test and a booster.
Anyway, this is not the kind of person to attend people from different parts of the world... Rude, impatient, doesn't let a person to speak...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can definitely recommend doing this when visiting Innsbruck. It’s worth it to go all the way up to Hafelekar as the view is absolutely amazing from there. In total you have to take 3 different cable cars to reach the top. Takes about 30 minutes to reach the top. Best to go on a clear and sunny day. A return ticket costs €38 per person (adult price).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and what a view! The cable cars bring you to astonishing heights and provide you with great views of the city Innsbruck. It's great that you can get to the top of the mountain in just under 30 minutes! What surprised me is the amount of people they let in the cable cars, because of the global pandemic we find ourselves in. There was almost no place to move around, that's one big downside for me unfortunately... Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the cable cars up to the very top. The views over Innsbruck are magnificent and worth the ride.
There are 3 trains in total which one needs to change from one station to the other.
Although the schedule says every 15 minutes they adjusted in order to accommodate the high demand.
There were disenfactant dispensers everywhere and one was told to wear masks, however there was no cerification if one was vaccinated or tested. Also at times there were way too many people in the cable car, not enough space to stand comfortably, much less keep physical distance, which is dangerous during a pandemic.
