Great place to get all required information about Innsbruck.

Nice views and surely worth the climb. 4€ is a bit steep though for having to climb 133 steps.

The entrance to the tower was part of the Innsbruck card but we didn't have time to go up to take a look. The tower looked quite nice in the Old Town square where the Golden roof is located.

Nice view from the top of the tower, worth getting up here. If possible do it closer to the sunset time for the bets light. There are two cool looking staircases conviniently separating people going up and down.

We paid €9 for a family ticket to go up the tower (2 adults, 2 kids aged under 17) There's a toilet here but it's 70c so cross your legs and get walking up those 148 stairs to the top . Fantastic double spiral staircase (think DNA strands) and a great view from the top over Innsbruck, including the Golden Roof if you're interested in that. We did see a couple of people taking very reluctant dogs up there. So they're obviously allowed but dogs dont seem to appreciate it quite as much.

A must see when in Innsbruck! I got the tip from a local friend of mine and he wasn't wrong. You can see all of innsbruck and the mountains on a clear day! Costs only 4.50 and a climb up the stairs. Worth it!

Great views at the city and surroundings, full ticket price is 4 euros, only payments in cash are accepted. There is very long staircase to get to the top of the tower with 133 steps. The tower is 51 meters tall. First documented citing of Innsbruck City Tower belongs to the 15th century. In the Middle Ages the lower part of the tower served as a prison. The last tower sentry performed her duties until 1967.

Fabulous view, fair to say that we had a very good weather and we were there half an hour before closing (also covid may play the part, we were alone on the top!) - in the end we really enjoyed it this view on top of Innsbruck and took many great photos
