Bei Reklamations-Anrufen muss man sich mit einem launigem Geschäftsführer herumschlagen -der zu keiner kundenorientierten Lösung bereit ist - dafür bekommt man kostenlos eine Belehrung, dass es Covid-19 nicht gibt....echt krass
Super unfriendly fake Nordgaswerk customer service .... the technician does not find the error for hours / only after several phone calls - then you receive an overpriced invoice ...
When calling for a complaint, you have to deal with a moody managing director - who is not ready for any customer-oriented solution - you get a free instruction that Covid-19 does not exist ... really blatant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soeben die selbe Erfahrung gemacht: Nach dem letzten Service tropft die Therme - statt sich der Sache anzunehmen wird man an einen anderen Installateur verwiesen.
Sehr unfreundliches Service.
Ab jetzt zur Konkurrenz.
Just made the same experience: After the last service, the thermal bath is dripping - instead of taking care of the matter, you are referred to another installer.
Very rude service.
From now on to the competition.

der chef ist eine wandelnde katastrophe!
man wird bei reklamationen als lügner bezeichnet, folgetermine nach schlechter wartung werden zu verrechnen versucht und erst nach langer diskussion "kulanterweise" erlassen...btw hat der seniorchef offensichtlich KEINE ahnung von thermen, lässt einen am telefon nie ausreden, weiß alles besser und wirkt sehr arrogant!
der bekommt keinen cent mehr von mir...
absolut nicht zu empfehlen, lieber zur konkurrenz!

one is referred to as a liar in the event of complaints, follow-up appointments after poor maintenance are attempted to be charged and only adopted after a long discussion "graciously" ... btw the senior boss obviously has no idea about the thermal baths, never lets you talk out on the phone, knows everything better and works very arrogant!
he doesn't get a cent from me ...
absolutely not to be recommended, rather to the competition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer Kritik am Unternehmen (zu der mir die AK Wien! geraten hat) bin ich vom Chef persönlich - auf Grund meines offensichlich nicht österreichischen Namens - ausländerfeindlich per Email beleidigt worden. Ich wünsche niemandem so eine verletzende und fürchterliche Erfahrung und empfehle deshlab das Unternehmen auf keinen Fall weiter.
After criticizing the company (which AK Wien! Advised me to do), I was personally insulted by the boss - because of my obviously not Austrian name - in an xenophobic email. I do not wish anyone such a hurtful and horrific experience and therefore I definitely do not recommend the company to others.
