Seit 3 Jahren besitze ich einen Fernseher, funktioniert einwandfrei, vor kurzem Fernbedienung kaputt, ein einfacher Anruf + Mail und ich habe binnen 2 Tagen kostenfrei eine neue zugesendet bekommen. Top.
I have had a TV for 3 years, it works perfectly, recently the remote control broke, a simple call + email and I received a new one free of charge within 2 days. Top.

Habe vor längerer Zeit online ein Nogis Gerät bestellt, leider waren mehrere Pixel kaputt. Dies war aus Sicht des Kundendienstes kein Grund, das Gerät auszutauschen und gab leider generell kein Entgegenkommen, weshalb ich das Gerät schließlich zurückschicken und für das Porto selber aufkommen musste.
Ordered a Nogis device online a long time ago, unfortunately several pixels were broken. From the customer service point of view, this was not a reason to replace the device and unfortunately there was generally no concession, which is why I finally had to send the device back and pay for the postage myself.

Ich habe mir letztes Jahr das Modell "NOGIS Infinity 50"gekauft. Bestellablauf und Lieferung war alles top. 1 Stern vergebe ich aufgrund der Qualität dieses Modells, den Rest kann ich nicht beurteilen. Begründung: Der Fernseher selbst (Standfüße, hintere Abdeckung) macht einen billigen Eindruck. Aber das ist nicht das Problem. Die Bildqualität ist das Problem. In einem Beipackzettel wird erklärt, wie die empfohlene Bildeinstellung angepasst werden soll. Trotz dieser Anpassung ist das Ergebnis absolut nicht akzeptabel. Weiße Schrift mit nicht allzu starkem Hintergrundkontrast kann man gar nicht lesen. Dunklen Szenen kann man auch kaum erkennen. Auch ein ewiges Herumspielen mit Farbe, Kontrast, Helligkeit brachte kein befriedigendes Ergebnis. Hat sich das Auge an die Dunkelheit gewöhnt und schaltet dann das Gerät ein, hat man das Gefühl, man wird gleich verstrahlt, so hell und unangenehm ist der Startbildschirm (greller, blauer Hintergrund mit weißem NOGIS Logo). Die Idee von NOGIS finde ich ja super, aber die Bildqualität empfinde ich als ungenügend!
I bought the "NOGIS Infinity 50" model last year. The ordering process and delivery were all great. I'm giving 1 star because of the quality of this model, I can't judge the rest. Reason: The TV itself (pedestals, back cover) makes a cheap impression. But that's not the problem. The picture quality is the problem. A leaflet explains how to adjust the recommended picture setting. Despite this adjustment, the result is absolutely unacceptable. White writing with a background contrast that is not too strong cannot be read at all. You can hardly recognize dark scenes. Constantly playing around with color, contrast and brightness didn't produce a satisfactory result either. Once your eyes have gotten used to the darkness and you switch on the device, you get the feeling that you're about to be irradiated, the start screen is so bright and uncomfortable (bright, blue background with white NOGIS logo). I think the idea of ​​NOGIS is great, but I find the image quality to be insufficient!

Die Idee Inhalte zu Streamen und sich die überflüssige GIS zu sparen fand ich gut. Die Entscheidung für ein Gerät von NOGIS bereute ich leider sehr schnell. Das Gerät selbst wirkte bereits beim Auspacken sehr minderwertig. Den selben Eindruck vermittelte leider auch die Fernbedienung. Nach dem Einschalten bestätigte sich der erste Eindruck. Bildqualität war miserabel, ebenso die Soundqualität. Das Gerät (NOGIS 55 EVO) kann nicht im Ansatz mit Geräten von Samsung, Sony, LG etc. im selben Preissegment verglichen werden. Ebenfalls sehr ernüchternd war die Rückabwicklung. Der Mailverkehr war sehr langwierig und die Abholung durch Spedition unflexibel und kompliziert. Ich kann leider keine Empfehlung für NOGIS aussprechen!

Picture quality was terrible, as was the sound quality. The device (NOGIS 55 EVO) cannot be compared with devices from Samsung, Sony, LG etc. in the same price segment. The return process was also very sobering. The mail traffic was very tedious and the collection by a forwarding agent was inflexible and complicated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend NOGIS!

Also vorweg war ich skeptisch mir einen NOGIS Fernseher zu holen da mir die teils schlechten Bewertungen Magenkrämpfe verursachten, habe mich trotzdem dazu entschlossen, mir einen persönlichen Eindruck davon zu machen. Ich muss sagen dass ich sehr begeistert bin ???Der Berater war sowas von kompetent und freundlich also 10/10 Punkten? Haben uns einen 55" TV gekauft und bin sehr überrascht wie gut Bild/Verarbeitung ist. Werde mir sicher noch ein weiteres Gerät kaufen. Anhang: hab mir auch den NoGis 65 Zoll gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes top österreichisches Unternehmenskonzept! TV Gerät NOGIS ONE+ 55 € 799,- Aber ich machte schlechte Erfahrungen nach 2j u 10Monaten Beim Nogis Fernseher war das Bild auf einmal defekt. Nogis Kundendienst war aus meiner Sicht an keiner Kulanz od an ein Entgegenkommen Interessiert!!
Basically a good top Austrian business concept! TV set NOGIS ONE + 55 € 799, - But I had bad experiences after 2 and 10 months On the Nogis TV, the picture was suddenly defective. From my point of view, Nogi's customer service was not interested in any goodwill or accommodation !!

First of all I run through various troubles in summary I recently received my 4th public display (it's not an TV ;) ) as replacement. CustomerService || 5*++; AAA++: I was on the hype train on the very first series they got. Unfortunately I had issues with the panel. While delivering the 2nd the postal service might have misunderstood the "attention fragile" sticker and played socker with the parcel... (Sorry for sarcasm) Thus, the 2nd was destroyed by the postal service. However, i got -again- in contact with the CEO of NOGIS and it was no problem to discuss the issue and got a replacement. The 3rd quit its service within the first year of usage. I contacted again the customer service and got an extraordinary service. After a short discussion on the failure of the device I got again a replacement device. As I had one of the very very first devices NOGIS was not able to send me my exact model, therefore they sent me one of the new generation. Which i really appreciated. That brings me to the technical review: Technical, the NOGIS || 4*+; AA+: Generation1 (my 1st - 3rd device) || 2*; A: I don't want to lose much word on the first generation as the company itself seams not very happy about the quality of it. The promised 4K weren't reached from a subjective point of view, the sound is terrible and the connection possibilities to external speakers aren't existent. It also seams like the firmware (or whatever) had troubles displaying videos with 20FPS. Generation 3 of NOGIS ONE+ 55" (my 4th device) || 4*;AA+: My 4th device has definitely an increased quality and that was visible when the NOGIS was unpacked, for the casing they now use some kind of metal for the backside. 4K now looks like 4K and the problem with displaying lower quality videos in respect to the frame-rates seams solved. The 10 Watt speakers may be technically the same but the quality also increased here. The annoying hollow sound of vibrating plastic or a low quality membrane is gone. I won't say there good because 10 Watt are still 10 Watt and they serve a live of "I hope wont need them". As I have a Nvidia Shield connected with it, which I would recommend, the gaming experience is now way better than before. As a last point, I would like to mention the color richness. The richness of the color pallet is amazing in comparison with my first model. It now makes fun to watch 4K example videos from various TV manufacturers on YouTube. Package || 5*; AAA The NOGIS public display arrives packed in 2 cartons and, compared with my tree other deviced, an improved security for delivery damage. In the package there is a form for quit an GIS subscription as well as a statement from the company that the device is a pure public display without any tuner as well as a user manual. Resume 5*; AAA: With the generation of the NOGIS ONE+ the company proofed that they learned -a lot- out of mistakes in the past. The customer service is amazing, for instance it was possible to send the package on a specific day so I could received it on a day where I was at home. Technically the 3rd Generation is now on a quality level which I would have expected in first place. Compared with other manufactures of public displays and the effect that you don't have a "Rundfunksempfangsgerät" in your home, and you -may- quit your 'GIS'-subscription, it seams to be a fair price.
