Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie dafür ein Ersatzteil bestellen müssten. Nach einer Wartezeit von 3 Monaten und ständigem nachfragen UNSERERSEITS bezüglich des verbliebenen Ersatzteiles haben wir der Firma mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht mehr länger warten können und uns ein neues Gerät besorgt. Daraufhin bekamen wir eine in Anbetracht des "Arbeitsaufwandes" (20-minütigen untersuchen unseres alten Kühlschrankes) und der für uns entstandenen Probleme durch die lange Wartezeit, eine überteuerte Rechnung der Firma zugesandt. Nach Rückfrage bezüglich der Kosten war KEIN Entgegenkommen der Firma möglich. Are really very disappointed, it was a real letdown! We asked the ea-service team to repair our refrigerator. We were told that you would have to order a spare part for this. After a waiting period of 3 months and constant inquiries from OUR SIDE about the remaining spare part, we informed the company that we could not wait any longer and that we got a new device. Thereupon we received an overpriced invoice from the company considering the "workload" (20-minute examination of our old refrigerator) and the problems we had caused by the long waiting time. After inquiring about the costs, the company was NOT able to accommodate.

PS: Der Trockner läuft wieder ?????? Die Zustellung und Inbetriebnahme erfolgte sehr Umsichtig und professionell. Für dieses Service gebe ich gerne etwas mehr aus. 100% Weiterempfehlung! EA is 1A. Buying a new washing machine was a real treat. A TOP advice that is very rarely found today. The delivery and commissioning took place very carefully and professionally. I'm happy to pay a little more for this service. 100% recommendation!
