Für jede kleinigkeit wird ein Rezept verlangt aber auch bei homöopathischen Anfragen bekommt man ohne ärztliche Anweisung keinerlei Auskunft oder Ratschläge. Unfriendly and anything but helpful. A prescription is required for every little thing, but even with homeopathic inquiries, you will not get any information or advice without a doctor's instruction.

Am nächsten Tag bemerken wir, dass die Medizin zu wenig ist, um es für die vorgeschriebene Zeit zu nehmen. Meine Frau fährt nochmal in die Apotheke, um die zusätzlich benötigte Medizin zu kaufen. Dort bekommt sie die Auskunft, dass dafür wieder ein Rezept benötigt wird. ?!?!?!? Den Fehler hat eindeutig die Apotheke gemacht, indem zu wenig Medizin ausgegeben wurde, aber der Kunde muss wieder zum Arzt fahren, sich dort anstellen, um nochmal ein Rezept zu bekommen.... Unnötiger Aufwand und Zeitverschwendung !!! short report: the doctor prescribes an antibiotic for our daughter. With the recipe, we pick up the drug in the pharmacy. The next day we notice that the medicine is too little to take it for the prescribed time. My wife goes back to the pharmacy to buy the additional medicine needed. There she gets the information that a recipe is needed again. ?!?!?!? The pharmacy has clearly made the mistake of not having spent enough medicine, but the customer has to go back to the doctor to get a prescription ... Unnecessary effort and waste of time !!!

M	Mario Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dem letzten Jahr hat 2 mal ELGA nicht funktioniert also hab ich zu einer anderen Apotheke fahren müssen Für ein normales Impfmittel und obwohl ich meinen Impfpass mit hatte, hätte ich ein Rezept gebraucht -> bin wieder zu einer anderen Apotheke dort war es kein Problem Im großen und ganzen waren von den 20 mal wo ich dort war 12 mal nicht reibungslos. In the last year ELGA did not work twice so I had to drive to another pharmacy For a normal vaccine and although I had my vaccination certificate with me, I would have needed a prescription -> I went to another pharmacy there, it was no problem All in all, of the 20 times I was there, 12 were not smoothly.
J	Jürgen Pree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezepte sind auf meiner E Card gespeichert, jedoch heute beim Nachtdienst keine Medikamente bekommen weil anscheinend der Computer nicht geht und dann murmelt die sehr unfreundliche Chefin noch... und das muss jetzt um halb 1 in de Nacht sein ... Was glaubt die eigentlich , ich hätte dringend Zucker / Blutdruckmedikamte & Schmerzmittel benötigt ! Die Lizenz gehört dieser Apotheke entzogen ! Liebe Chefin von dort ich glaube Sie wissen nicht wem Sie heute vor der Türe gehabt haben oder ?? Leider den falschen der sich rechtlich zu wehren weiss und gute Beziehungen hat ! LG Prescriptions are saved on my e-card, but I didn't get any medication during the night shift today because the computer doesn't seem to work and then the very unfriendly boss mumbles ... and that has to be at half past one in the night ... What does she think? , I urgently needed sugar / blood pressure medication & pain relievers! The license is withdrawn from this pharmacy! Dear boss from there, I think you don't know who you had at your door today, right? Unfortunately the wrong one who knows how to defend himself legally and has good relationships! LG

D	Daniel Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte wegen 3 Sachen hinfahren ( Bepanthen, pehaHaft und Bactigras). Die Verkäuferin hat mir dann gesagt nein für die Verletzung was ich habe soll ich was anderes kaufen was ich dann auch tat und es hat sich nach 2 Wochen keine Verbesserung gezeigt. Bin dann in eine andere Apotheke und dort bekam ich dass was ich wollte und es zeigte sich rasch eine Besserung. Fazit: was mir angeboten worden ist war teurer und hat nichts geholfen… leider schade Wanted to go there because of 3 things (Bepanthen, pehaHaft and Bactigras). The saleswoman then told me no for the injury I have, I should buy something else, which I did and after 2 weeks there was no improvement. Then I went to another pharmacy and there I got what I wanted and it quickly improved. Conclusion: what was offered to me was more expensive and didn't help... unfortunately a pity

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent, nur mischt sich meistens die Chefin ein und dann wird es abenteuerlich. Ich fahre dann immer in die Apotheke in den Nachbarort (Purgstall), dort gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Das ist besonders dann ärgerlich, wenn ein Medikament gerade dringend für das Kind benötigt wird. 7 out of 10 visits have some problems. The employees are friendly and competent, only the boss usually interferes and then things get adventurous. I always go to the pharmacy in the neighboring village (Purgstall), there are no problems at all. This is particularly annoying when a drug is urgently needed for the child.
