G	Gebhard Augendopler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charmante kleine Gästewohnung mitten in der Innenstadt ...und trotzdem ganz leise. Zentraler kann man gar nicht wohnen. Alles ist neu renoviert und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Anfänglich war ich mir nicht sicher, ob das Wohnen direkt im Ergeschoss nicht eigenartig ist, aber letztendlich habe ich es als sehr reizvoll empfunden. Der Hof, in dem die beiden kleinen Wohnungen liegen, hat kaum Frequenz - daher fühlt man sich richtig cosy und beschützt. Die Gastgeber haben rasch und liebenswert mit uns kommuniziert und uns mit guten Tips versorgt. Alles in allem ein gutes Konzept, gelungene Wohnungen in allerbester Lage und reizende Gastgeber. Ich werde mich sicher gerne wieder hier einbuchen. Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung! Gebhard Charming little guest apartment in the middle of the city center ... and still very quiet. You couldn't live more centrally. Everything is newly renovated and furnished with taste. At first I wasn't sure if living on the ground floor wasn't weird, but in the end I found it very appealing. The courtyard in which the two small apartments are located has hardly any traffic - so you feel really cozy and protected. The hosts communicated quickly and lovingly with us and provided us with good tips. All in all, a good concept, successful apartments in the best location and lovely hosts. A beautiful place very close to the Stefans Doms, quiet, central and close to the subway. Great ambience, sparkling clean and a very friendly host.

Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet - mit viel Liebe. An Ausstattung war alles vor Ort, was man braucht um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut in Schuss - alles auf dem neusten Stand. Ich war außerdem sehr begeistert davon, dass sich das Apartment ebenerdig, mit einer Fensterfront zu einem romantischen Innenhof befindet. Sehr charmant. Ursula und Florian waren sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und fließend und gestaltete mir meine Ankunft sowie Abreise sehr schön. Außerdem wurde ich mit allen Informationen versorgt, um eine brillante Zeit im schönen Wien zu verbringen. Wenn man sich gerne im Geschehen weiß, aber dennoch seinen stillen, romantischen Rückzugsort will, sollte man definitiv ihr Apartment besuchen. Top apartment! Apart from the unbeatable location, from which you can even see the tower of St. Stephen's Cathedral, I haven't missed anything. The accommodation was very stylish and modern - with a lot of love. In terms of equipment, everything was on site that you need to feel at home. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and in very good shape - everything was up to date. I was also very impressed that the apartment is on the ground floor with a window front facing a romantic inner courtyard. Very charming. Ursula and Florian were very accommodating hosts! The communication was very pleasant and fluent and made my arrival and departure very pleasant. In addition, I was provided with all the information to have a brilliant time in beautiful Vienna. If you like to be in the middle of the action, but still want a quiet, romantic retreat, you should definitely visit your apartment.

They're exquisite, more than friendly and they follow their guests in the organization of the stay with kindness and lots of love. The apartment is something marvelous: the position in the very city centre, the warmhearted treatment of the owners, the modern and ecleptic design of the interiors inspired by the Mozart masterpiece The Magic Flute, the green and peaceful environment (the courtyard is astonishing: green leaves all over, silence and a magic sense of relax), the Nespresso machine for the guests (I am Italian and extremely foodie, espresso is always the best idea!), the taste of the forniture, the quality/price balance... well, everything is perfect and this apartment is a real 5 stars service! I don't have any chance to suggest any improvement of the house, because it’s like staying at home in someone else’s place: there couldn't be anything to add, anything to change, anything to improve. I experienced an unbelievable stay! Believe me, this flat is the UNIQUE and ULTIMATE BEST choice for your stay in Vienna!
