P	Pina Palli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato dal 3 al6 Dicembre e pagato subito,visto la chiusura del Austria xcovid ho chiesto il rimborso visto che la compagnia aerea austriaca Austrian ha cancellato tutti i voli ,ma mi hanno detto che non mi rimborsano ne mi fanno la possibilità di spostare le date ....veramente vergognoso e disonesto.il mio giudizio x la struttura veramente negativo . I booked from 3 to 6 December and paid immediately, given the closure of Austria xcovid I asked for a refund since the Austrian airline Austrian has canceled all flights, but they told me that they do not refund me nor give me the possibility to move the dates .... really shameful and dishonest. my judgment x the structure really negative.

Die Vermieter zeigten sich jedoch trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail und persönlichem Gespräch zu keiner zumindestens Teilerstattung oder Gutscheinvergabe bereit. VORSICHT bei diesen Vermietern mit Vorauszahlungen!!! Very poor customer service: We booked the apartment for an extended weekend in April and were unable to travel due to the corona situation. However, the landlords were not willing to at least partially reimburse or issue a voucher despite contacting us by email and talking to them in person. CAUTION with these landlords with advance payments !!!
y	yung emg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ■良い点立地は最高、スーパーやおいしい食事処、観光、駅も徒歩圏内です。バスルームとベッド周りに床暖房がついていて、室内も暖かで快適です。部屋も広くて素敵です。冷蔵庫、キッチン、各種調理器具が揃っているので長期滞在予定の方は便利だと思います。周辺の治安は良いと思います。 ■良くない点鍵を取りに行く、返しに行くという手間があるので土地鑑のない方はおすすめしません。玄関の鍵の開け方はコツがいるので気をつけて。たまたまかもしれませんが、我々の部屋のタオルは少々カビ臭かったです。 ■ Good points The location is excellent, and the supermarket, delicious restaurants, sightseeing and train station are within walking distance. With floor heating around the bathroom and bed, the room is warm and comfortable. The room is large and nice. We have a refrigerator, kitchen, and various cooking utensils, so it is convenient for those who plan to stay for a long time. I think the security of the surrounding area is good. ■ Bad points We do not recommend those who do not have a land certificate, as it takes time to get the key and return it. There is a trick to unlocking the front door, so be careful. As it happens, the towels in our room were a little musty.

v	vivek sinha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super location and very good property.... BUT Its really pain to collect and return keys... its unwanted travel time between property and office. OR you have to pay 25 Euro rxtra. Anyways one has to collect the keys from safebox, so the box can be at property location itself.... why they keep the safebox at their office. To me they seem so much lost in process that they forget that hospitality is all about people care and customer services, not following process blindly ....
