K	K F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder gerne. Die an ausgewählten Tagen verkehrende Dampflok MH.6 ist ein Highlight. Weiters ist die liebevolle Betreuung diverser älterer Loks zu erwähnen. Würde mich freuen, einmal Einblicke in die Werkstätte zu bekommen. Weiter so. Always my pleasure. The steam locomotive MH.6 running on selected days is a highlight. The loving care of various older locomotives should also be mentioned. I would be happy to get an insight into the workshop. Keep it up.

Zuerst hieß es der Zug hat keinen Strom und dann hieß es der baut keine Luft auf. Also das nenne ich mal Pünktlichkeit. Should depart from St.Pölten at 08:37 and were still at the station St.Pölten at 09:35. At first it was said the train has no electricity and then it was said that it does not build up any air. So that's what I call punctuality.
J	Jolilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem heutigen Ereignis ist die NÖVOG entgültig unten durch. 5:04 am Morgen, ich will den Zug um 5:09 von Laubenbachmühle nach St.Pölten nehmen. Aber einer Ihrer Mitarbeiter/Innen hat sich durch seine/ihre Inkompetenz ausgezeichnet, indem die Türen zum Bahnhof verschlossen waren. Sprich ich konnte den Zug sehen und es war auch auf der Anzeigetafel zu sehen, dass dieser Zug fährt, konnte aber nicht einsteigen. Zum Glück konnte ich schnell jemanden erreichen der mich zun nächsten Bahnhof fährt, sonst hätte ich wohl auf den Schichtwechsel warten müssen um zu hoffen, dass der/die Nächste Mitarbeiter/In die Tür aufsperrt. Bodenlose Frechheit ist das!! After today's event, the NÖVOG is finally through below. 5:04 in the morning, I want to take the train from Laubenbachmühle to St.Pölten at 5:09. But one of your employees distinguished himself through his / her incompetence by locking the doors to the train station. I could see the train and it could also be seen on the scoreboard that this train was running, but could not get on. Fortunately, I was able to quickly reach someone who would drive me to the next train station, otherwise I would have had to wait for the shift change to hope that the next employee would unlock the door. Bottomless cheek is that!

Ich nutze den Zug als Pendlerin, fahre regelmäßig und zahle auch dafür! Das ist kein Kundenservice, das ist eine elende Schweinerei! Kein Wunder das die Leute trotz Klimawandel nur ungern auf die Bahn ausweichen! Das agieren der NÖVOG ist einfach unverantwortlich. You can not be that greedy! The whole train on Sun, 08.12.2019 09:35 - every seat - is reserved! I use the train as a commuter, drive regularly and pay for it! This is not customer service, that is a miserable mess! No wonder that people are reluctant to avoid the railway despite climate change! Acting the NÖVOG is simply irresponsible.

Immer eine Reise wert:-) Very friendly and courteous staff, from the reservation to the train attendants. You feel good - everything is very personal. Always worth a trip:-)

D	David Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal, immer verspätet und die Wachauer Bahn ist nicht im Klimaticket enthalten, obwohl sie auch von der ÖBB als Regionalzug vorgeschlagen wird. Unfriendly staff, always late and the Wachau Railway is not included in the climate ticket, although it is also suggested by the ÖBB as a regional train.
M	Michael Hauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lichtverschmutzung am Alpenbahnhof nicht nur zum Ärgernis der Nachbarschaft sondern auch auf Kosten der gesamten Natur. Echt jetzt, muß das sein? Angefangen bei der aufwärts strahlenden Bahnsteigbeleuchtung bis zur fragwürdigen Notwendigkeit derselben um 3 Uhr in der Nacht… Wer hat denn da bitte wieder versäumt mitzudenken? Ich meine, Superzug, Name Himmelstreppe lässt jedem Zeppelin-Fan sein Herz höher schlagen, Schiene umwelttechnisch bevorzugt, bis auf eine Entgleisung beispielloses Programm, etc… aber schaltets doch bitte das gestörte Licht einfach aus, bis ihr es geschafft habt, vernünftige Lampen zu installieren, die die wichtigen Bereiche, und wirklich nur diese, beleuchten. Ich weiß, es muß voll super sein, wenn man einen Bahnhof und eine Eisenbahnstrecke hat, aber mitten in der Nacht wenn alles schläft und stundenlang kein Zug fährt, interessiert das wirklich keine Sau. Light pollution at the Alpenbahnhof not only annoying the neighborhood but also at the expense of nature as a whole. Really now, does it have to be? Starting with the platform lighting shining upwards to the questionable necessity of the same at 3 o'clock in the night ... Who has forgotten to think again? I mean, Superzug, Name Himmelstreppe makes every Zeppelin fan beat faster, rail is environmentally preferred, except for one derailment unprecedented program, etc ... but please just switch off the disturbed light until you have managed to install sensible lamps that illuminate the important areas, and really only these. I know it must be super to have a train station and a railway line, but in the middle of the night when everyone is asleep and there is no train for hours, it really doesn't matter.
