Reklamationen werden so gut wie kaum bearbeitet und werden an den Endkunden abgewälzt. Sehr traurig das ein Unternehmen welches einen starken Namen hatte innerhalb von kürzester Zeit so stark abgebaut hat. Without words! Unfortunately no 0 stars possible. A company with no structure. Dealing with dealers and end customers should also be learned. Complaints are hardly processed and are passed on to the end customer. Very sad that a company that had a strong name has reduced so much within a very short time.
L	Lukas Scharnböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich kann ich die Türen nur empfehlen. Ich kenne zwar keinen Unterschied zwischen den Türen mit Klimaklasse - außer beim Preis - aber optisch sind sie top. Schließen lassen sie sich auch sehr schön. Aaaaber.... Bei einer Tür wurde ein Zargen-Seitenteil in der falschen Breite geliefert - was an und für sich nicht schlimm ist - Fehler passieren und sollten kein Problem sein wenn sie richtig und gewissenhaft behoben werden. Auch als das falsche Teil nachgeliefert wurde war es für mich kein Problem, da der Einbau dieser Tür keine Dringlichkeit hat. Nur... wenn ich dann eine Nachricht bekomme, dass ich 35 km zum nächsten Kunden fahren muss um an das ursprünglich falsch gelieferte Zargenteil zu kommen, muss ich mich doch über einen derart schlechten Kundenservice ärgern. Die offizielle Begründung: Da das Seitenteil per Paketdienst nicht schadlos versendet werden kann, werden wir das Teil zu einem Händler in der Nähe liefern lassen, zu dortiger Selbstabholung vom Endkunden. Mir scheint, der Paketdienst nimmt Pakete in dieser Größe nicht an und die Kosten der Spedition sind schlicht und einfach zu hoch. Sollte sich der Hersteller wirklich so sehr um die Unversehrtheit des Paketes sorgen, kann ich ihm gerne geeignetes Verpackungsmaterial zukommen lassen. Ich kann dieser Firma nur empfehlen nicht derart beim Kundenservice einzusparen. I can only recommend the doors themselves. I don't know any difference between the doors with climate class - except for the price - but they look great. They can also be closed very nicely. Aaaaber .... A door frame side part was delivered in the wrong width - which is not bad in and of itself - mistakes happen and should not be a problem if they are corrected correctly and conscientiously. Even when the wrong part was delivered, it was not a problem for me, as the installation of this door is not an urgency. Only ... if I get a message that I have to drive 35 km to the next customer in order to get the originally wrongly delivered frame part, I have to be annoyed about such poor customer service. The official reason: Since the side part cannot be sent without damage by parcel service, we will have the part delivered to a dealer in the vicinity so that the end customer can pick it up there. It seems to me that the parcel service does not accept parcels of this size and that the costs of the shipping company are simply too high. If the manufacturer really cares so much about the integrity of the package, I can send him suitable packaging material. I can only recommend this company not to skimp on customer service.
