★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Produkt! Die Raffstore-Lamelle i80 sieht top aus und wie versprochen dunkelt sie sogar meine Schlafräume richtig gut ab. Ich wollte aus ästhetischen Grunden nur einen Raffstore, nicht gemixt mit Rollläden, für meine Fenster.
Great product! The venetian blind slat i80 looks great and, as promised, it even darkens my bedrooms really well. For aesthetic reasons, I only wanted a venetian blind, not mixed with shutters, for my windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine mündliche telefonische Vereinbarung wurde nicht gehalten. Fahrtkosten wurden nicht geteilt, wie vereinbart, sondern voll verrechnet bzw. weit über einen regulären km Tarif gerechnet. Aus Kulanz wurde eine Gutschrift ausgestellt und nebst dieser ist der Restbetrag ein Wucher für ca. 30 Minuten Arbeit (Einrichten eines großen Raffstores, die auch von dieser Firma stammen) und Fahrtkosten (es sollte eine Tour in unsere Nähe geplant sein...) wurden schlussendlich knapp 230 Euro fällig. Materialkosten wurden gar nicht erst angegeben, war aber nur eine minimale Sache lt. Monteur, kann also nicht diese horrende Summe erklären.
Email zur Stellungnahme bzw Erklärung an GF und Mitarbeiter wurde ignoriert, es gab keinerlei Rückmeldung.
Solch Ignoranz verdient keine Sterne. Sterne geben wir dem Monteur, der freundlich und kompetent seine Arbeit erledigt hat. Aus Schaden wird man klug - leider von uns keine Auftragserteilung mehr an Firma Newo in Munderfing.
An oral agreement by telephone was not kept. Travel costs were not shared, as agreed, but charged in full or calculated well above a regular km tariff. A credit was issued out of goodwill and in addition to this, the remaining amount is usury for about 30 minutes of work (setting up a large external venetian blind, which also come from this company) and travel expenses (a tour should be planned in our area ...) ultimately just under 230 euros due. Material costs were not even stated, but it was only a minimal matter according to the fitter, so it cannot explain this horrendous amount.
Email for comment or explanation to GF and employees was ignored, there was no response.
Such ignorance doesn't deserve stars. We give stars to the fitter who has done his job in a friendly and competent manner. One becomes wise out of damage - unfortunately we no longer place an order with Newo in Munderfing.
